Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Pelican Walk dozens of times in years past until we purchased our own beach condo. Having recently sold our place, we came back to PW for the first time in years. We were delighted and not surprised to find the property remains beautifully maintained and still professionally managed. Our 1br/2ba rental until was a gorgeous remodel and pristine clean. Felt like coming back home!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked this for a last minute getaway and we were not disappointed. Unit was extremely clean. We found the unit missing only missing a hair dryer which the staff brought to us within an hour. Beautiful view from an updated nice unit. Even though one of the complex’s elevators was being worked we only had to wait on the Saturday we left which was expected.

There was no ceiling fan in the living area that is really needed. The TV system does not have regular live TV. We couldn’t watch any games on the major network stations. My husband was not happy😳. Everything is in the condo you need. Pelican Walk is nice because it’s a smaller complex with fewer people. Has a two pools, heated and non- heated.

It was newly remodeled and everything was nicely decorated and in great working order. The building is right on the beach as well as a quick drive to St. Andrew’s Park. Amenities were great too!

Office staff was welcoming and always helpful from seeing to minor details to dinner and tour suggestions! Maintenance crew kept property clean and everything in good working order. Definitely coming back!!
