Loved the large windows looking out to the beach. Furnishings are really nice. Very close to all the restaurants we like. The only drawback was they were doing repairs to condos near us which made it noisy during the day. It was only during the day so it didn't interrupt our sleep or evenings. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Asking us to sweep up sand in the room before we leave is a little much though. We pay a cleaning fee for a reason. Stop expecting renters to do half the cleaning!!! The room also needs blinds repaired and light bulbs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy entry. All the communication needed through email for check in. Unit 406 is in the center of the building- great gulf views! Kids loved the pool. We slept 6 comfortably here. 3 adults, 3 kids. AC could have worked better. 1/2 elevators are down all summer- which made long waits at elevators or using stairs the whole trip. They did communicate this ahead of time however. They did NOT communicate that there would be construction happening on rooms throughout the day which made it very unpleasant staying in the room, or even at the pool. You could hear drilling for HOURS.
