Pelican View Villa- Steps to beach, pool, bars, restaurants, & close to golf

Nice condo great location host very responsive Could not have asked for more. Food in the complex restaurant was wonderful. Will be back!

Pool was very nice, Activities every day, lots, and lots of young children. Stayed in a one bedroom unit could have been cleaner, and there was a situation with the central air being extremely loud

We loved Hilton Head! Pelican View was a very modest place to stay. The pool was very nice and great access to the beach. The pelican View has everything you need. It also had fun games provided for a rainy day and little toys, sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards for your stay. We rented bikes for a day and biked all over Hilton Head. Had lynch somewhere and stopped to enjoy views. Chris is a very kind host! Will be coming back. The place is tiny but just right for a little get away. We loved the view from the balcony as we watched animals at the marsh. We loved our early morning walks on the beach and sunset views from the beach. Lovely place.

We just had a relaxing stay, playing on the beach, nearby golf, etc. Pool was great for kids. Very nice having a sand rinse area.

Very comfortable condo. Bed was very comfortable. Loved all the positive, cute Beach decor/signs! Loved the location!

Lots of walking. The elevator is on the opposite end of the unit and the beach. Yes there’s stairs unless you’re talking stuff/wagon to the beach. Very nice unit, bedding is nice, there’s a fan in the closet (bedding does get warm even when the a/c is a 68. Lots of cooking stuff, extra beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. suggestions for the owner. Turn the table under the tv into a coffee bar and buy a smart tv or an Apple TV box. (they’re not that expensive). The tv isn’t a smart tv, you can’t mirror your phone, there are no apps on the tv. The property is very nice, lots of kids. The pool looked nice, there is a volley ball area just for the property. Nice tennis courts. Not much of a view of the beach

Room was very convenient to the pool and the beach. I should have researched the availability of things within walking distance, because there is nothing. Room was clean on the surface, but could definitely use a deep clean. Owner of the unit was very responsive and helpful. Therenwere chairs and sand toys accessible for use. The staff member at the convention center at check in was extremely rude to me and to the next 2 people in line after me.

Loved our stay. Very close to the beach. Beautiful condo with everything you need and very clean. 5 Stars!

Front desk staff were all rude and uninviting. They did not greet me nor did they make eye contact when I was checking in. It made me feel unwelcomed. They almost seemed annoyed that I was checking in. Our rental was smaller than I expected but cute. It could use a good cleaning. Great location to beach. It was a nice weekend getaway. Overall mediocre for the price.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 4! Our two young kids loved the bunk beds and the space was perfect. The pool and beach are beautiful. Communication with Chris was smooth and easy and made for a relaxing vacation!!
