Pelican Pointe 906 by Liquid Life

The balcony was absolutely gorgeous. The furniture was so nice and such a great opportunity to spend time outside at a large table that not only allowed for eating, but also for playing games, etc. Of course the view was also great.

We found this condo to be extremely nice. Everything was clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. Liked having quilted comforter over the polyester kind (breathable!) and smelled clean! Loved that there was a recliner. Kitchen amazed us in that it was so well equipped; such as, mixer, mixing bowls, nice electric griddle, anything you could think of! Loved all the sliding doors and wraparound balcony (every room had access). Location is excellent. Only issue we had, which was solved immediately, was that the guard was not at the booth when we checked in at 4:00 and when I did find him he tried to charge us 50 for parking. One call to Liquid Life straighten that out immediately. The parking pass was on the kitchen counter in a little box of info. Hope to get this condo again & again!!

Loved this cute little condo. No parking garage hassle, elevators were fast, massive balcony with plenty of sitting for entire group, beds slept great and no gate code for the pool/beach area to have to worry with. The electric hurricane shutters made it possible for us to sit on the balcony during rain without getting soaked. The owners were quick to respond with any questions I had. I will definitely stay here again!

Location and beach view was amazing. Door locked me out of condo about 30-40 minutes before check-out. Me and my one year old was locked outside while we went to go grab a luggage buggy, and I left my phone in the condo, so there would've been no way to get ahold of anyone. Thankfully my husband stayed in the room

It was a wonderful get-away. Perfect location, great condo with exceptional views, very clean, great amenities. Had an issue with one toilet; very responsive in getting it fixed.Would definitely recommend to others, and stay again!

Great location. Indoor pool ideal in chilly or inclement weather. Outdoor pool is extra cold it seems. Kiddie pool perfect for the toddler crowd. Easy access to a wide, soft sandy beach. Chair vendors nearby. Perfect.

The property was beautiful & as described. We especially love the large balcony. The sofas aren't very comfortable, but most of our time was outside so it wasn't an issue. I'm glad I took toilet paper. 1 roll per bathroom for 6 people doesn't go very far. A better variety of skillets in the kitchen would also be nice. Check out was at 10am & when my husband loaded the car & came back up to the unit at 9:30 to get the last of our things, he was locked out. If I wasn't still in the unit it would've been an issue. All in all, it was great! Would definitely stay there again.

The only down side was the living room furniture. Just a little broke down, but that can be replaced. The unit space was fantastic.

The views were beautiful, the porch was nice. Property around condo was well maintained. Pool area and beach was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Condo living room furniture was old and needs replacing very badly. The sofa bed was broken and unusable. Wish they offered early check-in.

Unit was very nice. Beds were comfy. Views were tremendous and the balcony was large. Probably time for new living room furniture or it could use a good cleaning but that is really all that could use some attention. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed with our two kids (ages 3 and 9) and best friend with daughter (age 11) and had a wonderful stay! The kids fit in the twin bed room with our little guy camped out on the floor and the adults got their own rooms. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all essential pots/pans/baking dishes/etc and it was so convenient to have a washer and dryer so we didn’t return from vacation with mounds of laundry. We packed all of the essentials for cooking as we read there wasn’t anything left behind by other guests. We also brought extra kitchen towels which I recommend as there were only 2 provided. The freezer has an ice maker which we loved - we had plenty for our cooler every morning and it was plenty full for evening drinks. The patio was amazing and wrapped around to all bedrooms. The storm shutters made it a safe place for the younger kiddo to play if we were not outside and helped the patio stay cool when the sun was setting. Bonus - it made the master pitch black for sleeping in (as much as you can sleep in with kids). Could the couch be more comfortable? Yes. Could there have been a few more throw blankets to make it cozier to snuggle up on? Sure. But honestly, we didn’t spend much time in front of the television. The beach is gorgeous, the indoor and outdoor pools were a huge hit, and we were all so tired by the end of the day that lounging in the couch wasn’t much of a thing. We would definitely book here again!

The condo was very nice , clean and had everything needed for a family vacation. Beautifully decorated and comfortable We will go back !!!!
