Pelican Pointe 804 by Liquid Life

Condo was very clean and matched the description of the property. Check-in process was very easy. Outside and inside pools were great! Watching dolphins from our deck was so exciting! Will definitely stay again!

It was a nice place for a weekend getaway. The place was great and the beach was right there.

I called as soon as we came in, tooth paste and hair in sink in hall bathroom. Light blinking in tub in hall bath and spider web ball in vent. Neither tub had a stopper for the tub, so water leaked out. Sand all over footboard of queen bedroom. Master bath, counter dirty, wall patches not painted. No pan big enough to Cook 2lbs of meat and 3 forks. They did bring a pan and forks But the guy let himself in before i could even get to the door. Air filter guy came during our stay and the filter was new and could have been checked when we left, no curtains on the windows so glare is horrible, dead dragon fly, patio furniture not what was pictured. Kitchen shears have stuff all over them. I have pictures of most things. The whole condo needs repairs and a deep cleaning. We dont actually go to the beach and spend all of our time in the condo. I would never rent this unit again

Beautiful Condo, very well decorated. New patio furniture, large deck with great views. Condo is in a great location to everything. Pros: The unit was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. Parking was good. The beach was gorgeous! Cons: LIVING ROOM - there are not curtains of blinds, it is VERY bright during the day with the sun coming in. MASTER BEDROOM: the curtains are almost sheer, no sleeping late with the sun coming in. Also, the curtains do not cover the entire window/door therefore allowing anyone on the balcony to see into the room. BATHROOMS: there was mold on the shower curtains, the back of the doors were dirty, we cleaned those to keep from touching them. We had no notice when the maintenance guy showed up on Sunday morning about 10am to take the old patio furniture and deliver new patio furniture. I did not like not getting any kind of notice for that. We could have been sleeping or me or my daughter-in-law could have been in the unit by ourselves. We brought our tent and to set it up, you had to literally be all the way back to the white boxes to put your tent up. That is a city issue but was ridiculous! It was a pretty condo but we will not stay in this unit again due to the above issues.

The condo was beautiful and easy to book! Check in and out was a breeze. I definitely recommend a stay here!

This was our first time in Orange Beach and staying in a condo. It was a great experience and vacation and will definitely be going back!

It was a great condo with everything we needed for our stay. The process was easy and the management company was excellent.

Nothing like waking up early to see the sun slowly lighting up the beach. What a beautiful view of the water right from the master bedroom!!! There was plenty of space for our family. The location was perfect. My grandkids had a great time.
