Pelican Isle Budget Friendly 1Bd Beachfront - Free Beach Service!

Nice condo. The couch is very low too the ground and some of the furnishings seemed but dated/worn, but it was clean. Nothing that would make me not rent again. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was nice, condo clean and had everything we needed, loved the beach view and access.

The condo is functional and serves its purpose but it needs a lot of TLC and several upgrades. The one great thing about the condo is the property management company Legacy Vacations. I had a couple of issues and I text the number provided and I heard back immediately and they came very quickly to fix the issues and the lady who came was very nice and helpful. The location of the condo on Okaloosa Island was beautiful and convenient and the free beach service was fantastic. I would definitely stay at Pelican Isle again but I would probably choose a different unit with Legacy Vacations.

Perfect view. Nice room close to elevator. Easy access to the beach. Toilet stool and main bathroom is too short. Dryer door closes on you when trying to get closes out of washer.

The unit itself was simply superb. It was very clean and the view on the 1st floor (not the ground floor) was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable and having two bathrooms for such a small unit was very convenient. There really was not much to complain about, but there are a couple of annoyances: 1. The cable TV connection worked intermittently and the receptionist seemed to be annoyed when asked any questions.

A wonderful condo! Rooms were very clean and smelled clean, too. The kitchen had anything you could ask for. The bed was very comfortable! We loved our view and sitting on balcony eating! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

We were very pleased with the location. The unit was very nice & perfect for us. The bed was comfortable but it crackles every time you move. We were disappointed the pool etc was closed for maintenance but we reached out to the property manager. He was wonderful. Kudos to a top rate management company!!

Quiet area with beautiful beach!

Relaxing time, very clean

We loved the condo and location however I wish there had been a few more items in the kitchen. Like some baking sheets and a large bowl.

Loved the beach and the restaurants. One thing was that it was a little chilly this weekend but it’s we still loved it.

Only two things I would recommend, platform bed frame so the bed doesn’t sink and maybe just better showerheads. But they weren’t deal breakers! Overall we really enjoyed this unit. It was our first time at PI, as we usually stay at the Islander. We’ve now been spoiled with 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. I’d stay again.

Only thing this condo doesn’t have is a oven sheet/pan to heat up a pizza and no pizza cutter, besides that it was nice.

We always love this part of Florida, and this was our forst stay at pelican isle. I must say the online listing looked much more put together than the condo in person. It gave us a place to stay and that is most important, i just wish it would have been nice like the listing pictures.

Our only complaint would be the couch and chairs weren't very comfortable but the bed was great! Plus we spent most of our time on the balcony. Also loved the guest portal. Had all the info we needed.
