Pelican Isle 403 Gulf Front ️Beach Service

The floor was dirty and sandy when we arrived from a long drive. We have to vacuum and use the towel to mop the floor. The place appears old and in disrepair. But we make the best out of the situation.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. We loved the location of pelican isle being further down the island. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view as well!

Condo had everything we needed. So many towels available which was very nice. Bed was very comfortable and condo was clean. Loved relaxing on the balcony just taking in the views. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit was exactly as described. Very happy with everything except someone in another unit kept smoking marijuana on their balcony which was rather disturbing and unpleasant.

All I wanted for my birthday trip was to be able to go out on a balcony and see nothing but the beach. To be able to walk right out on the beach without crossing streets and to be high enough to see out in the gulf and down the beach. And that is what I got….100% what I wanted. The only thing better would have been a bedroom that also looked out over the water. We loved this place. It was just right for the 2 of us. The couch was a bit uncomfortable to sit on since it was a pull out bed but no worries there as we didn’t spend much time sitting inside. The balcony has great high chairs to sit and watch the waves. We definitely will come back! We fell in love with the sugar white sand and the warm waters. Thanks for an amazing birthday!

Just came down for a few days to unplug and get away. This was the perfect spot!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this condo on the beach. When we first walked in and opened the curtains to see that amazing Beach and ocean right in front of us. It was truly breathtaking. The master bed was super comfy and so were the bunk beds. We had some issues with the pool and hot tub not being open the first 2 days but we understood that things happened that are beyond the condo owners control. Luckily the pool and hot tub were open on the last day so we got to enjoy it for a couple hours before we had to drive home. Would definitely come back but maybe stay a little bit closer to the pier/ boardwalk

Very clean . Communication with owner was excellent. Location of building and location of condo very nice. Enjoyed our stay.

This is a great property to stay at. First, I love having the digital lock so there are no keys to lose when you are at the beach. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and there are so many towels and dishes. I was so lucky to find this property.

The condo was very well equipped with plenty of linens, pillows, and towels. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The beach in this area is very quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The only thing I’d mention is that the swimming pool is somewhat small and only goes to four feet deep, which was a bit disappointing for our teens. Not a big deal but just wanted to mention it. We had double red flags most of the week so the pool was pretty crowded.
