Pelican Cove 1 - Anna Maria Island - Condo 2 Bedroom /2 Bath beach side, maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Very nice and accommodating. Would be helpful if they included a few more amenities.

Excellent location. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The rooms were a good size. Nice bathrooms and showers. Good working kitchen. Great communication with the host. Under building parking was convenient. It was nice to have a pool on site. Will be back next year.

We have been coming to the beaches of AMI for several years now and this has been by far the best location. The beds were comfy, the location super convenient, the beach steps away. The view was spectacular from sunrise on the back porch to sunset on the front porch. Loved every minute of it. We will be booking again very soon.

Overall a good experience. The security key check in process was out of the way and unnecessary. A key simply left on realtor box would have saved 2 trips to the rental office ! Beds were ok and could use a upgrade on mattress esp in 2nd bedroom Balcony view was as expected. Nice sunset views Only 1roll of toilet paper and only 1 trash bag is not sufficient even for a short wknd trip ! Paint floors countertops w/d all looked new

This property was perfect. The couch, chairs and bed were super comfortable. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed to enjoy time away. We had an issue with construction noise, but management took care of the problem. There were tons of towels, beach towels, linens and space. Only thing that would have made it better is a small area of spices, oils and coffee filters from previous renters. Only thing found was salt and pepper.

The condo is outdated from pictures. The bedding had holes in it and was faded. The pictures were very misleading. The shades in the front and in both bedrooms were broken.

We’ve stayed at Pelican Cove many times and always enjoy it

The place was perfect. Across from the beach, comfortable and easy to get to. We enjoyed it all. We will reserve in the future for sure. All you have to id bring the groceries because the kitchen has every thing.

We enjoyed the great location and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. The condo is almost exactly the same short distance from the gulf and the bay with fishing piers in the gulf and a boat dock in the bay.
