Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd trip to the area and our first time staying at Destin Weat Vacations. The location of this condo was perfect. You can rent jet skis, pontoons, excursions, right next door so you literally don’t need to drive anywhere if you choose not to. Our group chose to do the Crab Island adventure and it was great. Back to Destin West, the condo had everything you need to cook, the lazy river and pools were nice. There is a sky bridge located on the property that you can take over the highway to access the properties private beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance primarily at the boardwalk.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room wasn’t clean when we checked in. Bowls with standing gross water under the kitchen sink, no dish soap, sponge, trash bags, power flickered on/off a few times, and wifi no usable unless you were sitting next to router. Not worth the price we paid.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation stay was good but there are a few things that potential guest should be aware of if you are planning to stay in this condo. The refrigerator ice maker does not work. There was one ice tray in the freezer for ice and as far as I know there is no ice machines on the property. The Living room TV is quite small for the size of the room. The furniture and carpet are old. The paper towels and toilet tissue are the cheapest that you can purchase. It does not appear that the owners are interested in spending money on upgrades. On the upside, the condo was clean, and the bed and shower were good.
