Great place to stay.

No heat. Cheap furniture and accessories. pvc pipe chairs on porch. Not like the picture. Never again that unit

We were so disappointed with this unit. The air is programmed not to go below 70 which is ridiculous for what we paid for the week. It’s winter but it’s Florida. The toilet in the main bathroom is messed up. When we arrived we were asked to “do our business then flush””then wipe and flush again”. The most ridiculous request ever. There were 2 commercial looking plungers to use if we had a problem. There is no TV in the spare bedroom. Not enough towels for showering unless you wash them everyday. Again ridiculous I knew what the unit looked like from the pictures online but it’s so stuck in the eighties no updating what so ever. If you have trouble sleeping do not sleep in the main bedroom. If you turn over or get up to go to the bathroom it sounds like the bed is going to fall in. This may sound crazy to some but there is no full length mirror. I’m short and could only see from my chest up in the bathroom mirrors. There was no rug in the kitchen or by the sliding door and when the floor gets wet it’s very slippery. The amount of money charged and the management fees for this unit is outrageous based on the product you receive. I’ve never left a bad review but this unit needs some help. Thank you D. Fricks

Beautiful views! Excellent location- comfortable beds

Unit is very nice and worked well for our family but we could not adjust the temperature because the thermostat was locked at 70 degrees which is way too warm especially to sleep. We were given a couple little fans by the property manager and told she would try to contact the AC people but no one ever came. The master bedroom fan only had 1 speed and we made the property manager aware of this as well and it was replaced the day before we left which was good but it was still just so hot especially to sleep. Also disturbing sleep were the very thin blinds. By 6:00am it was so bright it was like being outside. I believe some thicker/blackout blinds or curtains would also help with the heat. The facilities are always great. We enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard, and pool table, but would definitely not stay in this unit again.

Love peck plaza but one elevator not working entire stay. Toilet clogged and peck mgmt would not pay worker over holiday weekend to unclog. Hot in guest bed and bathroom. Keurig did not work.

Truly a beautiful location- waking up with full wall of windows in both bedrooms was absolutely lovely. Loved watching first Venus rise and then sunrise each morning. Watching the moon rise was also lovely. Just a lovely spot. Parking spot right by the elevator in the parking garage was a plus. People driving on the beach is a little weird, but that's just Daytona Beach I guess! Only thing that could really be improved upon is slightly less stingy with supplies. There were very minimal toilet paper supplied amongst a few other things that we ran out of just a day or so before leaving, so had to purchase more, but couldn't bring them back with us with our limited space traveling home. It would have been nice to just have those items supplied for the full amount of time we stayed (five nights) so we didn't have to purchase packs of TP and dishwasher tablets while we were there. Overall though, really a beautiful spot, and beds were ridiculously comfortable. Walk in closet in the master suite was a really nice surprise as well. (A full length mirror would have been cool somewhere). Plenty of room to unpack in the master suite. (More limited in second room- still a beautiful view out that window as well)

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The ocean views from both bedrooms and living room were unbelievably beautiful. We liked that the condo was not in the most busy touristy downtown section of daytona and more in a stretch of nice residential condos. There was lots to do in all of the surrounding areas. The heated pools and hot tub were nice and we practically had them to ourselves the whole time we were there. Even the small kiddy pool was heated! My only complaint is that we had to buy toilet paper during our vacation. The condo rules and info binder states that they leave small supplies of toilet paper, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc. It says, if you plan on staying more than a few days, you should expect to buy additional supplies. However, they could clearly see we booked the condo for 7 days with 5 people and it would have been nice if they would have just left more toilet paper. Nobody wants to have to buy toilet paper while on vacation.

This property is in an amazing location and the room I was in had amazing ocean views. Only 1 elevator worked and the building had 26 or 27 floors. Reading the welcome material is a little overwhelming as there is a threat of charge for everything. An example is if there is too much sand in the room, there is no general amount given I guess it’s however the cleaning person feels that day. Another is if there is too much laundry. I am not getting paid to start towels or linens for you. Yet I washed almost all things and swiffered the floor before I left because the constant “you will be charged” messaging. They are replacing storm doors in all the units and due to this there was banging all day long. The dishwasher in my room was not installed properly and is a pain to close just right to get it to start. It’s great, but obviously is owned by elderly who want to make money but don’t want to spend on the housekeeping aspect. I realize sand can be problematic, however you have to expect it to happen when the location is literally in the beach.
