    Great Stay very convenient to bus stop to get to the mountain and town. Would stay again especially for the price.

    Short walk to shuttle stop with very short route to Peak 7 and 8. Condo was very clean and well supplied. Communication was great. Glad we had 4WD for parking and getting in/out.

    Nice location. One the surface is nice, kitchen had all we needed for home meals and dining as a group. It’s little hike from lot to unit, but path was cleared. Ski locker was nice, but ended up leaving all equipment in vehicles. Beds not comfortable, but we were to bed late and up early every day. Everyone complained of showers. Some electrical switch’s didn’t work.

    This condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and bowls and plates you needed. The bathrooms had tissue paper, toilet paper lot of towels If I had to complain, I didn’t find that the beds were comfortable maybe a bed topper would help with that. Other than that the location was wonderful and easy to get to the slopes.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I expect this to be an expensive stay because it is Breckenridge, but not $5200 for this older property for five nights. The bathroom ceiling leaked water from the upstairs unit, and the kitchen track lights flickered throughout the stay. They did come to attempt to fix it immediately, but a couple of days later, it was leaking again. It states it fits eight people but barely has enough room for six; there were four adults and two kids. I will say that the property management was very nice and did try to fix the leaking ceiling as soon as possible. I also noticed other properties' parking lots were plowed, but this property was never cleaned of the snow and ice.

    Property was very well furnished with utensils, coffee cups and baking pans. Just a short walk to the free bus shuttle even with our ski boots it was an easy walk. Thanks

    Place was great and they communicated well. We were able to check in 4 hours early which was incredibly convenient. I wish they’d update the place though. It needs it. But overall, good place and had everything we needed.
