Stayed Jun 12, 2018The apartment is directly across the street from the Hyatt Regency downtown which is where our conference was being held so the location was perfect for us. Many nice restaurants and shops nearby and a 10-15 min walk to Aquarium, Olympic Park, children’s museum. Parking in lot beside the condo tower. Price very reasonable. Comfortable stay.

Stayed Apr 30, 2023The condo was a great place to stay to be near the stadium, arena, Centennial Olympic Park, and lots of bars and restaurants. My only recommendation is to update some of the kitchen tools. The condo could use some more silverware, a cutting board, better knives and some larger bowls. All in all it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to a friend.

Stayed Oct 15, 2019We love staying at this location and have stayed at other condos there, but this one is by far the best! Ryan made sure to respond exceptionally quick to us as well, which was awesome! You cannot beat this location when needing to access Americasmart!

Stayed Jun 10, 2019Overall experience was great. Would definitely stay again. Great location. Great decor. No noise at all. Ryan was great in responding and giving suggestions. However, there was not enough towels and the bedding didnt seem freshly washed. We bought additional tissue and paper towels which wasn't a big deal. Floor hadn't been swept up well. The television in the bedroom was only for dvds, need to upgrade to a smart TV and get Netflix or add cable to the bedroom. The door to the balcony did not lock. Hair was found in the drawers. Ryan did offer to have the cleaning service remove the hair but the drawers were not used after seeing that. Ryan should probably do a self check before guests arrive to make sure the cleaning service is doing their job. Again, I would definitely stay again with those improvements.

Stayed Apr 23, 2019My wife and I had an amazing time and experience at the Peach Condo. It is in the heart of downtown area that we were interested in. In regards to the 1 star review from February this was absolutely not the case with our experience. The condo is newly remodeled, spacious and a joy to stay in. The owner responded quickly to our questions. I will absolutely stay in the peach again for future Atlanta trips.

Stayed Mar 11, 2019We were attending a conference at the GA Convention center. Hotels in the area were $200+ per night but this lovely rental was within a 15 min walk. It allowed us to bring our kids, save money by cooking our own meals and have much more space and privacy than at a hotel. My son was in awe of the city lights at night. Pros: The Peach property was just as described and nice as pictured in the photos online. The bed was comfy and the two fold out couches in the living area were perfect for our kids. They loved the super soft duvet blankets and we had plenty of pillows and linens, and extra towels and full and small size toiletries were available in the closet. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was obvious the owner had remodeled the whole space to maximize functionality and even had upgrades that some might not notice (like quiet closing kitchen drawers). We felt like we were staying in a place from a magazine or something off Pinterest and we'd certainly return if in the area again. I research a lot when booking accommodations and this was the nicest and had the best price as compared to similar properties, even within the same building. Ryan was very responsive to my questions beforehand and had his phone number posted for us to call or text if we needed anything, but honestly everything was taken care of and clear in the instructions he sent us so we never needed to call. Cons: There was not a dining table so when we ate our meals the kids were at the bar (which they loved) but I enjoyed eating out on the porch. We were a little stressed about keeping them quiet because of the 'noise warnings' but it does make for a nice quiet building! Recommendations- I suggest booking parking online before arrival because it can vary depending on events. My husband booked his parking a day before arriving and got a week at the lot right next door (17 Baker) for $70 (he only needed 5 days but a week was the same price). When I arrived two days later the same lot was charging $30 for 24 hours at the kiosk on site. There is a loading area at the back of the building where you can park temporarily that leads to the basement elevator and has luggage carts. There is a Keurig and K-cups in the unit, not a coffee pot. The Coke Museum and Aquarium are just a few blocks away, we felt safe walking with our kids, even at night. The MLK historical site was a short drive and worth a day visit, but go early for house tours. Thanks again!

Stayed Mar 19, 2019As a business traveler, the unit fits exceptionally well for my particular needs and scheduled business plans. The owner is fantastic to deal with and the unit offers a cozy & home-like atmosphere. The additional space, (beyond the typical hotel visit), was especially enjoyable. Easy walk to many of my appointments.
