Stayed Nov 16, 2023It was not clean. Dirty floors, the bedding in the master bedroom was dingy and had footprints on it, one of the toilet seats had pee stains on it. The refrigerator barely kept things cool. I did message the owners and they did apologize stating that their cleaning crew is usually really good. On day three the upstairs toilet overflowed causing water to come through the ceiling in the kitchen. We had to leave and find a hotel at 11pm during thanksgiving week. I know this could happen anywhere… but, we had to throw away all of our food and spend 6+ hours of vacation packing up, finding somewhere else to stay and unpacking again. The owners did reimburse us for 2 nights. But, it didn’t cover the cost of 2 nights at a hotel or all the groceries we had to toss.

Stayed Oct 15, 2023At first glance it seems like a very nice place to stay…however when you settle into the townhouse the small details start jumping out. One of the biggest, there are no curtains or blinds on the back patio door or kitchen window, which was a huge lack of privacy for me and my family. There are spots where things have been removed or replaced and the paint is still the old color like the toilet paper holders. There are no drain covers in the bathroom sinks or bathtub. So taking a bath was not an option, only showers. I came with my family and planned very simple meals and even that was a struggle with lack of essentials like a can opener. The garbage disposal was broken and leaked. There was a cardboard sign over the drain, so we had one side of the sink to use the whole time we stayed. I attempted to make water for hot tea in the coffee maker and there was a very strong chemical taste that made me sick. The dryer took 3-4 times to dry anything. Overall the stay was ok but we would not stay again.

Stayed Sep 8, 2023My sister, nephew, and myself came up for the weekend for his birthday. We loved the townhouse and how close to everything we were without being right in the middle of town. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our weekend needs.
