✓ This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines, and a car pass is required for every vehicle. One paid car pass is included with your reservation.
✓ Please contact your Host before arrival to purchase additional car passes for $20 per week.
✓ PET POLICY: 1 dog 60lb or less, or 2 dogs where their combined weight does not exceed 100lbs is allowed. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 for up to 2 dogs.
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓ Minimum age for renters is 25
✓ Quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 7 AM.
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island has planned a beach renourishment project for 2025, with the beach area next to the home expected to be impacted for a short period of time some time from November 2025 through May 2026.

    This is an amazing property located in a great area in Sea Pines. The villa was clean and sits in a beautiful spot on a golf course. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the beautiful deck. Definitely plan to go back and highly recommend. The walking paths are perfect for walking my dog and loved the short walk to my Harbour Town.

    Loved the property. Location is short walk close to Harbourtown, and Truffles. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen equipment is wonderful (we did a bit of cooking). My daughter loved the wildlife outside, especially the gators (and the baby!). Community pool is a hidden gem to relax at. Will definitely stay again...thank you!

    Wonderful HHI location very close to all Sea Pines has to offer! Especially enjoyed watching the wildlife off the deck. Pool was beautiful and shaded for children. Neighborhood is very quiet. Condo has recently been updated and was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We’ll be back!

    From our back porch, we safely saw two gators and 3 babies, multiple deer and baby deer, turtles and all sorts of herring! The location in sea pines is ideal as you are a short walk to the shops/trolly stop and the light house! Beach access was awesome - just a 3 minute drive away at the cute beach club. Overall we really enjoyed our trip, host and home was extremely responsive during our stay and helpful.

    Literally across the street from an entrance to the Heritage between holes 1 & 2.Property was very clean. Would stay again!
