Stayed Mar 29, 2025The property we stayed in was nice. The location and the view of the ocean was awesome. The only issue we had was we had to get them to change the bedding in two of the rooms due to them being dirty. Other than that everything was nice.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024Start with the negatives: Elevators are terrrible. Expect to wait ridiculous amounts of time for an elevator. Luggage carts are limited and difficult to find. Check in process is terrible with poor communication. Our wrist bands needed to be activated multiple times which equals multiple times to wait in long lines. The unit is advertised to sleep 12 but only sleeps 10. You need to bring extra beds or sleeping pads and the listing fails to mention that. We had them as a precaution but the listing should say something. You only get 2 parking spaces and between our group of 12, we had 5 cars and needed to park off site. Our room was not ready until 5:30 and we arrived at the listed time of 4:00 pm. The king bed was broken and quite loud with every move. Metal bars somewhere were clanging/broken. Positives: Beautiful view from oceanfront balcony. Always had hot water, even with 12 of us. Air conditioner worked great. Staff was excellent with replenishing supplies as needed. There are unlimited opportunities within this resport for swimming, hot tubs, lazy rivers, dining, drinking, anything. We were amazed at how occupied we could all be at 1 location. Direct access to the beautiful beach. Even thoigh there were frustrations, we loved it and would absolutely return. The kitchen is a huge plus and was decently stocked.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024I will definitely be coming back! The food was great the tiki bar was great! This whole trip was wonderful. Next time I come I got to stay longer for sure!
