Peaceful Oasis at Nikki Residences, Playa Blanca

The property was welcoming! Pet friendly, having do many of unused pools because its s former Wyndham hotel they should allocate 1 to dogs. Place is nice but theres no restaurant or bar from Monday to Wednesday. The only thing on the rental shared with the nice host, needs urgent fridge changed it doesn't work, linens and towels. But overall with those minor changesvwould go back for a weekend.

The apartment was of a good standard and had most of the facilities we needed for our stay. It would have been useful to have an iron and a washing machine but that's not really essential. It was noisy during our stay as some maintenance work was being carried out near the apartment but the owner did make us aware of this before we arrived. There were very few people staying when we were there which was an advantage as we nearly had the pool to ourselves.

The place was really run down... part of it abandoned/condemned. I stayed my first night and left to explore Panama, I returned 4 days later and there were numerous dead cockroaches on the floor of the apt. I must admit, the big pool was nice but everything else was marginal at best, disappointing overall.

The condo had everything we needed. Nice long walks on the beach. If staying more than a week you should rent a car. The grounds were well maintained. The little food hut was nice when it was open Thurs-Sun. A lot of cabanas and loungers available. Great communication with the host.

Great 1 BR condo in the quiet and delightful Nikki Residences. Condo was well equipped and our host was easy to reach and issues were quickly resolved. The complex has a small restaurant and swim-up bar open Thursday through Sunday. The beach is delightful, the pool is very nice and it is close to Rio Hato and Playa Blanca.aclose to Rio Hato

Very quiet beach and general area! Absolutely no fight for chairs . Enjoyed the available food ,bar and music thurs Fri, sat and sun. The pool is beautiful large and clean . Amenities/gym not as indicated in VRBO . Gym is not available. It has been neglected and needs a significant amount of work to reopen. Despite some vacant and neglected condos, it is a place I would love to return .

We stayed for 4 nights. The apartment is very clean. It's located inside a gated previous resort. It's a 2 min walk to the beach. The beach and buildings in general are very quiet. Chris was very prompt answering our questions. We had a wonderful time

The condo is in an excellent location within the development. It is clean and tidy. There are numerous pools within the complex, and the grounds are very well kept. Owner is very good with communication, and checkin is simple. Great stay!

We had a great experience in the apartment and in the complex. The residences are well suited for children and my daughter (15 month old) had a great time in the shallow pools, the playground, and on the beach. It was much less crowded than the surrounding resorts, which we enjoyed, and made the fact that the grounds are not as lively or actively maintained like a full time resort an afterthought. We came during low season and essentially had the place to ourselves. The on-site staff are warm and friendly. The host was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely return.

The communication with Chris was great and extremely helpful. the Condo was clean and comfortable with good amenities from wifi and some movie watching. Top shelf owner.

Really nice place but a bit quiet. Would have like it better on a weekend when everything was open. Beach is beautiful, would recommend it.
