Just bring your toothbrush, bathing suits, and a selection of your favorite beverages for assistance in enjoying the tropical breezes from the cushioned lounge chairs on the large screened-in patio. **** Lease application will need to be completed by guests and submitted for approval by the Board of Directors. A lease agreement, driver’s license/photo ID and application fee ($100 paid by check)must accompany the application as well.Our condo association requires a background check for everyone staying in the premises.
