Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved my experience at the Mariner. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed. Spent everyday swimming in the saltwater pool and walking on the beach. Everyone was friendly. The landscaping was beautiful. The master shower does need some attention. There were loose floor tiles and there was some water damage on the outside that looks like it has been there a while.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Marco Island and The Mariner. The location of the Mariner was excellent. Our unit was satisfactory, not great. The appliances were fine but the decor was outdated and funky.

Stayed Mar 8, 2021Our stay was easy, and convenient. The condo itself is rather outdated, but the quiet convenient location was great. The only complaint we have is we were told we’d be able to extend and then were canceled after the fact so owner could renovate. She charged us a higher rate for 2 days until we could scramble to get the next property. Not the best way to treat longterm renters. We’d go elsewhere next time.

Stayed Feb 1, 2020Really liked the location of the condo, as it is so central to all we do while on the island. There did seem to be a problem of some sort with the thermostat, as the air temp varied so much on occasion.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the we walked the beach every day. The pool was warm and large enough for the condo residents and lounges were plentiful. We did find the lanai furniture unsatisfactory. Uncomfortable and unable to sit longer than 15 minutes; inexpensive plastic chairs and no lounge chair. The master mattress not firm enough. Overall it was a great property to rent even with those two criticisms. Would come back for sure.

Reviewer Comments: Agent found a new condo after the first condo was not available due to problems with renovations by owner. This condo was a good fit as the others at the complex provided a friendly environment. The Agent refunded the difference in rent which came in handy to purchase beach passes . the lack of a view was a disappointment but the other aspects made it a good rent.
