Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This newly renovated condo is beautiful! It is also convenient to parking lot, mailbox, pool and grills. We had a wonderful time for three months!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969grounds and pool were great. condo could use updates, bed was hard and the burners on the stove weren't level so the food all went to one side, need fixing. we're not happy with all the noise going on during the first 5 to 6 weeks of our stay. the noise stopped use from having a quiet time at the pool each day. we should have been notified before our stay that this was going on and given the option to cancel our stay which didn't happen, that's not right

Condo had a great location, owner and management were very helpful in getting us settled and orientated for our stay. The setting near the dock and proximity to the beautiful beach afforded us relaxing and energizing walks.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furniture was not comfortable for a long term rental. Needs a couple of easy chairs and /or recliner. Bedroom drawers have no stops so drawers could easily pull right out and spill. Kitchen dishes, glasses and silverware all need to be updated. Dishwasher does not clean. Carpet was stained and dirty, were told the owner was going to replace but unit should not have been rented with out at least the carpeting being cleaned. Blinds in living room do not close properly, they need to be replaced. The updated bathroom was very nice. The shower was wonderful. The rental company we went thru was very helpful and friendly. Our rental agent addressed help for any issue we brought up to him. Would go thru him again. Would not rent the same unit again though.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo the week of our travel (last minute) and were happy to find a place in Marco Island to accommodate our family. The condo is clean and as described, not on beach, but you can walk to the beach. We have stayed at the Marriott in the past and learned that we much preferred it versus this condo as it was very quiet, too quiet. No fun for the kids in the pool as you can't play or make any noise. Best suited for older/retired adults looking for peace and quiet. Also, technology is dated. No wifi and the only TV that worked was an antiquated 12, the larger TV in the master did not work.
