Stayed Feb 1, 2025we enjoyed the place but it states that it is steps from the beach and there is no access from there i have troublewalking and you need more silverware and dishes

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Some areas could use improvement: the kitchen counters should have been declutterred, the plastic flowers should be removed, bathroom rug replaced with something more sanitary, the vacuum was ineffective and noisy, cleaning products, such as a swiffer, should be available, a space heater should be available.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice. People are very friendly, property very well kept. Only problem is with residents beach closed to renters, we had to walk 1 1/4 miles to nearest public beach entrance. I find this to be a draw back.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very comfortable. Was actually more than I needed. I have no complaints bother than the A/C unit in the master bedroom had black mold all over the louvers. Once I cleaned it, my sinus issues went away.

Stayed Jan 1, 2021Two bedroom, second floor condo. Convenient parking right next to the building. Nicely decorated beach themed home. Great experience with friendly home owners and guests. Close to Collier Blvd. Did hear road noise as mentioned in another post. If you do use the air conditioner it would be helpful with that. Close to area beaches. South and Tigertail beaches are great for shelling. Great restaurants within walking distance from the condo. Overall good experience.

Reviewer Comments: This property has recently been updated with tile floors, new kitchen cabinets and appliances, and furniture. It was very comfortable and clean. However, the unit is located very close to the street, and if the windows are open, it does seem a bit noisy. Not a problem if the AC is on. People at condo are friendly and pool and club great. Also place for bikes. Well maintained property.
