Peaceful condo in gated community.Apartment style,main floor.

Property was great, 2 pools on property and gym were perfect. Lots of food within walking distance. Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Great property. Safe and clean. Really liked the pool/hot tub. Was hoping for a reduced rate for long term stay (19 nts) but didn't get one. Great neighborhood, we walked all over the place, very safe. Long drives into Phoenix, Glendale or Scottsdale for games/events. Great places nearby.. lots of hiking in the desert/mountains. Decent golf courses within 20min too.

The condo is beautiful and fully updated. It was our home base for doing day trips and we always enjoyed coming back for a restful few days around the beautiful pool. The location was great and we appreciated it being on the ground level and not having steps to climb. Hugh, the owner, was a great communicator and always available by phone, if needed.

The property was very nice and met all of our needs. We have stayed in this area previously and this property was as good as the others.

This condo is exactly as described. Good location for either pools and gym. Easy and close parking, and no steps to haul up groceries and suitcases. We like hiking at Superstition and lots of other trails and so is in a good location for that as well. Hosts supplied us with information before we arrived and everything went smoothly. We loved it here, and would recommend it to family and friends and would stay here again ourseves.

Everything was wonderful with this property with one exception. The Wi-Fi wasn’t so great. We had a hard time making and receiving calls.

We certainly enjoyed our stay. We make these trips annually we refer to this trip as the movie: Ground Hog day. Same thing all 7 days. Golf, eat, drink and sleep 7 days in row

From the very beginning it was a pleasure to communicate with the owners. Their place felt just like home, very welcoming and comfortable. The recliner in the living room was the BEST!! We happened to meet some of the neighbors who were also quite friendly. Location was very convenient.

We had a great time and this was the absolute best place for our family. Very quiet area but so close to many places and easy access to hwy system. Couldn't have found a better place.

Gary and I had a really great stay. The condo was exactly as advertised. The owner was so quick to get back with me to answer any questions. Will definitely stay again. I just wish that the owners at Coyote Landing allowed small dogs. But we couldn’t have asked for a perfect winter stay. Thank you Hugh!!!
