Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was absolutely awful! Nothing here has been maintained. We knew it was outdated based on the photos but the entire apartment was filthy and had so many issues. Poor plumbing, loose fixtures, toilet moves around when u sit on it. Every surface was stained. My kids socks were black on the bottom just from walking here for an hour. Couch has crumbs and nasty food spills. Not the mention the pests( roaches, spiders) we’ve encountered by staying here for two nights! Benchmark does nothing when you complain and their only solution was to put in a ticket for an exterminator! All we needed was some toxic fumes to finish this horrid experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The whole building looks unkept

This is the first time staying in 4G and would definitely book it again. Very clean, Loved the decor and it had everything I needed for our stay. This unit has a washer/dryer which is a bonus! It Appreciated the extra blankets for the beds. Also they provided beach chairs to use but I had brought my own. Loved everything about this unit.

We have stayed here before and we love the condo and the location. It’s clean and updated and very cozy. Plus the location is perfect!!!

Reviewer Comments: This was our tenth stay at Beachwood Villas, but our first time at 4G and oh my goodness the level of thought put in to the design of this unit was next level. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in at the beach in years. My children loved the bunk beds and the kitchen set up with washer and dryer was so nice.

Most things are in walking distance and beach is only a few steps away. Check in was a breeze. The only issue was the Wi Fi, but was not a big deal because we were enjoying the beach and all other activities. Would definitely stay here again.

The beach access point was across the street from the condo. There was also a gas station beside the condo. Everything was within walking distance. I was amazed at the convenience of the location.

We loved everything about it! Definitely will be returning to this specific condo. Communication thru Benchmark was outstanding. We only wish so many people didn’t know about 30A, as it used to be more of a hidden gem. Hard to hide good things I guess!
