PCB Paradise @ Edgewater - 1st floor, private balcony, direct beachfront

Loved the comfy recliners by the window! Great cozy place to watch the ocean during cold rainy weather. First floor is great because you don’t need to use elevator. Windward building is quiet.

Very comfortable and nice condo. My favorite at Edgewater so far. Loved the first floor convenience and quieter end of resort.

This was a return trip staying with Jenny and I can promise it will not be our last! If you are looking for a perfect spot on the beach, a beautiful condo, someone great to work with and an AMAZING VACATION, this is your place! Condo is not bbq only beautiful but stocked with everything you need! Blender, cooking items, cookie sheets even beach towels! Book with Jenny and enjoy your vacation!!!!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, perfectly located and very well supplied. The communication with Jenny was top notch and she was willing to do go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I definitely recommend staying in this condo for your vacation!

The master bedroom and bath had a funky smell but wasn’t a big deal. Otherwise excellent experience.

We stayed for my daughter’s nationals competition. The condo was within walking distance. As stressful as dance competitions can be it was nice to be able to come back and just chill and not have to worry about anything. The condo is seriously fully equipped with all the pans and utensils you could need. We didn’t end up eating in too much but at least we didn’t need to buy extras. Waking up to the view and sounds of the ocean is something I never get tired of. Jenny was so helpful with any questions and concerns. Never had a host be so quick to reply before. I have no complaints except we couldn’t stay longer.

We had beautiful weather so we were able to enjoy lots of beach time and pool time. Condo location worked out well for us. 1st floor enabled us to use the stairs. The condo was well stocked with essentials. There were also beach chairs etc and beach towels !

We had an amazing time at this condo. It was clean and so well equipped. Property owner was above and beyond amazing! Close to everything we wanted to do and more. We will definitely be back

This was a very nice unit in a kids-friendly resort. Easy access to the unit, good beach, well equipped kitchen, lots of beach toys provided, friendly staff, excellent communications with owner. Next time we plan a trip to this area, we'll definitely be checking the availability of this rental.

I rented this condo for the family. For myself, my sister and her husband and my daughter, her fiance and my grand-boy who is 18 months. Highly recommend to all. We truly enjoyed the location and the condo. The realtor/owner was available all the time. Great place and great communication at all times throughout our stay

Well kept, beautiful condo with lots of extras to enjoy your vacation. Beach toys, chairs, umbrella, blankets, lots of pillows, and all your needs! Beautiful view from all the glass windows! Our family felt right at home!

We really enjoyed this property while on a trip for my daughter's dance team. I would recommend! Condo is light and bright. The second bedroom's bathroom is huge and renovated. We actually all ended up using that shower vs the master bathroom shower. On the far end of the Edgewater Resort so it is a little less crowded at the beach and also has a nice pool that is next to the building.

Beautiful condo! Easy walk to the beach. We love to cook and the kitchen was perfect. Will definitely book again.

This was a great condo with everything you need for a great stay! We had a large family and rented this and Sunkissed and it was nice being so close. Jenny is a great host and very responsive to questions during your stay. We will be back!
