The condo was very nice and inviting. The amenities were nice and just as advertised.

Condo was lovely but didn’t realize it was 2 story. Lacking was a bar of soap for each bathroom… the Dial pump soap was half water. Also, a bedside lamp needed an extension cord in order to plug it in. Both are easy fixes. Including coffee would be really nice, also.

Excellent stay, apartment was clean and in a great location.

We loved the condo. Very nice with everything we needed and more. Neighborhood was beautiful and felt very safe. Peaceful and relaxing get away. Check in and out communication with owners was very easy. Will stay again.

The place is great. The beach is very nice right out from there. It was a very clean place. Tim was a great host with quick responses and answered all my questions. The bedroom and kitchen are beach side so you have a great view from those two places. The balcony faces the bay and community which still nice and relaxing. This will be where I stay again

I cant say enough how wonderful our stay was. Our host was very responsive with any questions. The condo is gorgeous with views from every part of it, from kitchen to living room, we even watched dolphins right from our bed. The beach accessories were so helpful too. Fully equipped with everything you need. Perfect location in a gorgeous neighborhood. Can't wait to book again.

We really enjoyed this condo and our experience! The views were GORGEOUS. I would love to have been able to open the windows in the bedroom and hear the ocean waves but other than that, it really was a great stay. The hosts were great and the condo and the complex is very nice!

This place was great for all ages! The beach was easy to access and there were many items for the beach which made it all that much easier! The pool was great and gave a spot if you needed a break from beach to lounge and swim. The property manager had excellent communication!

The photos of the property that were taken were very misleading! The bathrooms were pint size. the property as a whole is very aged and poorly maintained. Don’t trust the photos of this property, you will be very disappointed!

I had a wonderful experience! The condo has amazing views (can view beach from front and back - sunset and sunrise), is clean, and nicely decorated. It was the perfect home away from home for my stay. The beach is beautiful and the neighborhood is charming! The owner was very attentive and responsive. Surroundings areas easy to explore via 30a or Beach Back road. Spa, gym, pizza/pub within walking distance.Would return!

We had such a wonderful time! The building is a really cool design that allows views into directions from the unit which means we got morning and afternoon beauty. The unit itself is updated with great decor and very peaceful and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details like a curtain between the living room and kitchen in case you decide to use the pull-out sofa as a sleeping space. We highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful Weather, Accommodations were great and not crowded in the beach!

There were things we loved, there were things we didn't. Most of the things we did not love were not the fault of the condo owner, but rather a reflection on the age of the building. The Good: The location, the views the condo remodel all were great. Big windows facing the gulf, balcony facing parking lot with lake view. Everything we needed was in the kitchen for making breakfast. The laundry is a washer/dryer combo of only one unit. You can't start another load of wash while drying a load because of this. It was really slow drying. There was quite a bit of dust on the furniture The Bad: There was a really awful smell as soon as you entered the condo. When I contacted the host I was told this wasn't normal but there wasn't anything they could do. It was blamed on a water leak next door. I don't know. After being inside for a few minutes, you no longer noticed the smell, but as soon as you stepped out of the condo and came back in, you definitely noticed it. The building is old and had a little bit of smell once inside the wings. The elevators are being redone one at a time which is great, but, with one being remodeled and unfunctional, the other two were also down quite a bit of the time we were there. We had no working elevators 3 of the 5 days we were there. This was extremely inconvenient. The main pool is not very kid friendly because most of the pool was 5.5 - 8.5 ft deep. Again, not the condo owners fault but just an accurate description.

The property was perfect for our long weekend. The condo was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we loved being able to just walk straight out to the beach. The beach chairs were an added plus, so we could sit as close to the water's edge as we wanted. Very lovely place and we would stay there again.

We like the property, check in was easy, the location it’s amazing! The only complaint it’s the elevator service, some were out of service and had to wait a long time to get in one.
