Pawleys Island Condo Retreat w/ Beach Access!

Accessible host, accurate to the listing and spacious living area. We will be visiting again and recommending this rental to family and friends. Beautiful area with lots to do.

A great condo steps to the beach. The laundry is just down the way. Bring a few quarters. Our second year staying here. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Everything needed for a stay within walking distance to the beach. Easy access to the unit via elevator or stairs, plenty parking, and a community pool option. Property manager was quick to reply to questions & provided clear communication.

Unit was supposed to have a bedroom upstairs. All bedrooms were down a flight of stairs . I just had a knee replacement so it was a problem . The WiFi signal disappeared each morning . A couple of afternoons it came back . The property was being painted so half of the parking lot was unavailable. The couch in the living room was worn out . And the seats on both toilets were loose .

Amazing location steps from the beach. Little dated. Master bedroom was great, second bedroom has twin beds crammed in it and you can’t close the bedroom door. A switch to a stacked twin over full bunk is in order. Otherwise I’d stay again.

We really enjoyed the location of condo. Very easy walk to the beach with ramp access, great for stroller & wagons. Enjoyed the pool & grills. So glad that there is an elevator, so helpful unpacking. Did not realize that it is a 2 story condo, I misread thinking it was just a few steps. Not great with small kids, needed a baby gate but did not bring. Also the bathrooms are downstairs with the bedrooms, no bathroom on main floor.

Second year in a row staying here. Perfect location. Easy walk to the beach. Quiet condo complex. Wonderful communication with host.

We stayed in this comfortable condo steps away from the beach. The room accommodated us and our 4 girls well. We used the kitchen area a good bit to avoid our girls refusing to eat at a restaurant. It worked very well. I grilled a lot while there. We enjoyed our stay!

Owners were responsive and attentive. Downsides are no washer and dryer in unit and limited kitchen utensils, but didn't bother us. There's a laundry mat on each floor, I believe. Location was perfect and beds were comfortable! AC worked great.

Property could use some TLC. Towels laid out were stained, main shower was not cleaned before we arrived, vents very rusted and dusty, etc. Guest room door does not open past bed. Blinds broken, patio door hard to open/close, and unstable patio furniture. Listing says two parking spots, one covered - that is incorrect (no covered spot.) We have stayed in the neighboorhood at many properties spanning over a decade. For the price and reputation of the neighborhood- this property should be better mantained. Check in was super easy and proximity to beach was great!
