The Sandpiper Dunes in Ocean City, Maryland is a uniquely designed building offering three floor plans and a location of your choice: oceanfront or oceanblock. All vacation rental units are equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. No pets, please.




Spectacular ocean views of the morning sunrise seen from the primary bedroom along with stunning sunsets seen from the bayside. This tastefully decorated, freshly painted two-bedroom condo includes a queen primary bedroom with amazing views of the ocean coastline and direct access to the patio, two double beds in the second bedroom and a new leather sofa bed, accommodating 8 guests. Each room has a flat screen TV and DVD players. The primary bathroom is marble-tiled on the floor and surrounding the jacuzzi bathtub/shower. The hallway bathroom is also marble tiled. The upgraded kitchen has the latest amenities and includes granite countertops and flooring, with open access to the dining area. The large family room boosts wood floors and provides easy access to the patio with full views of the beach and coastline. Sandpiper Dunes is located directly on the beach at 58th Street, and provides two assigned parking spaces, a private pool area with lounge chairs and a shower area located right off the beach. This upgraded condo is one of the best in Sandpiper Dunes!




SMOKING AND VAPING IS PROHIBITED ON BALCONIES AND IN ALL COMMON AREAS. VIOLATORS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A FINE OF $200.00 AFTER ONE WARNING.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    The condo had plenty of space for everyone and was very comfortable. They also had beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart for our use.
