I will suggest a new mattress in king room off the kitchen, it’s a little lumpy. The sheets were rough feeling. Great balcony space and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen with great supplies. Thank you!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not recommend the Oasis in general to others, the elevators are a nightmare. Way too many people for the 6 elevators in the complex. In addition the parking garage takes a long time to migrate up 11 floors. The complex is not clean in the common areas. The unit itself was fine.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West II 1110. The room and property were very nice. This was a great location for a large family holiday. We were excited to use the pool and had a good experience with the pool the first couple of days, but later in our stay the pool became unreasonably cold. We made use of the workout room, but were disappointed in the amount of equipment that was not maintained and did not work. We found a fish hook in the bedding of one of the beds and had internet issues the last day of our stay. While overall, we had an amazing holiday, I did not expect the hiccups from this type of property.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024This was our second time staying at this complex, since we had such a good time at the last stay. The complex is larger than we like, but the elevators were efficient. The condo itself was great - well appointed and well stocked.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024The condo is nice. It is time to upgrade the living room furniture though. The sofa and chairs are very broken in and need to be updated. Some of my party also complained about the mattress'. It might be time to spend some $$$ and update the beds and furniture.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024Who stayed: 4 adults and 2 toddlers Pros: Agents responded to my messages within hours pre-visit and during visit (Julie). Parking on condo level makes it super easy to load and unload. We never had any issues finding a parking spot right next to the entrance door. The new snack bar was a game-changer! We ate lunch there daily. The unit was super clean and we were even able to get an early check in. Only Con: Elevators are a nightmare around 3:30-4 for check in. Very long waits and they tend to stop on every floor. But, I also feel like this is common at every large condo tower.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024First, Julia, the property manager was great --spot on with any question I had, prompt, polite, and professional! The property itself is in a beautiful location, and seems to be in the process of rebranding from Phoenix to Oasis. It seems to me that the change will be a positive one. Our condo was 1110, overall very nice, although I feel it could have been cleaner. In short, we would go back to the property again. The entire area was beautiful, with lots of restaurants and things to do! I read where many people complain about the elevators, and yes, at certain times of the day they are very busy, but overall doable most of the time. A big shout out to the beach chair crew from Ike's Rentals. They are such hard workers!
