Great location and accommodations for our family ski trip!

Great location, place had everything you need.

Great location, a short walk or bus ride to the lift. Kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils, makes it easy to save on food instead of eating out for the longer stays. Beds were comfortable, clean, and the washer/dryer is an added bonus.Hot tub was closed during our stay, but there were nearby alternatives presented by property management.

The place was in a great location. The place was clean and well taken care of. The only issue was communication because they communicated through text instead of the app.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal to be able to walk into downtown Breckenridge. The condo was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the amenities.

Great Location,nice family friendly condo although it was little dated. Needed more direct lighting and a new mattress in the spare bedroom. Overall I’d recommend this place.

hard beds, daylight bulbs everywhere made it super harsh. no telescope like the picture. no ceiling fans (mgmt company did bring us 2 new box fans the next day, it was 85 at 8pm that day). the gross brown carpet has loud plastic underneath, so every step is like you're walking across a Saran wrap bridge. Just felt unfinished and uncared for. clean and the building amenities are fine, to pool and hot tubs are a super short walk.

Very clean and comfortable. Loved the amount of towels, the game closet, comfortable seating. Also, very walkable to restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, cozy and accommodated all our needs. It was also a very close walk to the downtown area. Perfect location!

Short of being a full ski in/ski out this place was perfectly located to get right to the bus (or the lift if you don’t mind a couple blocks walk). Ski-out was simple (across the street is the exit of the 4 o’clock run). Very walkable to Main Street and all the fun. Host was responsive, checkin/out was simple. Load-in winded us low-landers with the stairs, but otherwise it was a perfect experience

First time visiting Breck was unforgettable. My teenage son had a great time, Location and amenities was perfect. Easy to communicate with owners. Only thing I couldnt find was pven mitts.

great location. perfect for children. centrally located. 2 minutes drive to the village. 1 minute drive to gondola.

Perfect little condo right near the mountain. We parked at the mountain instead of the shuttle, but we went from our front door to on the lift in less than 10 minutes

We had a wonderful time and will be booking again for next year. Great property.

Very convenient location for skiing!

Had a great time. We’ve stayed in this complex before, just another unit. The third floor is great since you don’t have anyone thumping around on top of you. But you need to be ready to get up and down with your gear if it’s staying with you. The only issue we had was with the fire place. Could not figure out how to get it to fire up on command. We used it a few times, but the two times we got it to fire up, I couldn’t tell you the order of operation that got it going. Overall, great place and would stay again…next time I’d call them to resolve the fire place matter.

The property was just as listed. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Also close to trails on ski slope.

Nice condo very close to downtown. It was super clean and accessible to downtown. The only thing I would note is that the pool is closed during the fall. Great stay!

It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic. Just a short walk to Main St. and you're able to enjoy all Breckenridge has to offer! It's also within walking distance to hiking trails. The staff was great at communicating with us and making sure our stay was wonderful. We would absolutely book with Summit Mountain again and again.

We parked at the condo when we arrived on Friday and didn't drive again until we left on Monday. We ealked and used the free buses to get everywhere, and it was great.

This was our 5th trip to Breckenridge and easily the most comfortable place we’ve stayed. The presence of the washer and dryer in the condo simplified the packing process and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location was a short walk from the center of town which made getting to food/shopping very easy and painless after a day spent hiking. We will definitely look to stay there again.

Couldn't be any easier to stay at a clean well-kept rental. Highly recommend.
