You can even ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to this condo! The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. You’ve found a winner here!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to six. Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony with mountain views. There’s also plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, room for six at the dining table, and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

You’ll love being just across the street from the free shuttle to take you around town in both the summer and winter! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries.     Location is great. Close to town and able to ski back to the condo at the same time. Very comfortable in general.Minor improvement suggestions: need bigger cutting boards, bigger frying pans (only 2 individual size frying pans), better wine bottles opener.

    Condo is in a great location, close to Main St. It’s on the 3rd floor so there are a lot of stairs and no elevator. The unit is dated but clean. The management company charges a fee to pay with credit card and only provided check-in instructions 30 minutes before check-in, but otherwise communication was fine.

    Excellent location. Toilet in one bathroom was not cleaned and we were given the wrong key code for the unit. Had to tell the downstairs kids to turn down the music at their parties 2 different nights. However, the unit was nice and was very close to downtown, just a couple minute walk. We had no oven mitts and the manager got them to us the day we asked, so excellent service from management.

    This place feels like a cabin and has the necessities. It was very cozy and the location was awesome. Biggest downside was the quality of the beds. Would rent again.

    Property was fine, but a little worn. Communication was good, but had some difficulty because the office was in a different location than the condo. Beds were pretty worn out too. Condo was on the 3rd floor so you definitely get your exercise! Would probably work for some guests for the price, but we will choose another location that works better for us if we return to Breckenridge. The benefit of being close to town is the biggest positive for this condo

    Well maintained and comfortable condo in a great location. A short walk to the Snowflake lift and on the bus line to the base of peak 9. Easy ski in from 4 o’clock run. The kitchen was well stocked. (Does need a larger frying pan.) Washer and dryer were very helpful.

    Great place! Not super updated but has all you need for your stay. My family made it our home away from home for 2 weeks. Breck is a fantastic place for families over the summer. Manager is extremely responsive and will answer all questions promptly.
