Welcome to this immaculate Empire House condo at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property is fully equipped and prepared for your Park City vacation. Located across the street from Park City Mountain Resort, this wonderful destination is well suited for all travelers’ needs, wants and expectations.



When you enter this Empire House property, you will immediately feel at home. The large living room is open, well furnished & inviting each time you enter. The living room is well equipped with plush furnishings, hand selected décor & furniture, a fireplace, and large TV. The family room is a welcoming and comfortable place to relax with family and friends, after a fun & activity filled day in Park City. The main living space is outfitted with recessed lighting, giving a bright and welcoming feel to the area and enhancing all the property’s modern features and amenities. A two-person breakfast bar & table has additional seating for two (2).



The living area flows right into the gourmet kitchen, which makes entertaining easy. It's nicely outfitted with brand new appliances including fridge, stove / oven, microwave, dishwasher and a plethora of other small household appliances, cookware, corning ware and flatware. The spacious kitchen has been nicely remodeled with new pine cabinetry; counter tops and modern fixtures and finishes. The kitchen island also seconds as a breakfast bar with seating for four (4).



Located just off the kitchen, in the pantry, is the unit’s personal washing machine and clothes dryer.



The primary bedroom is spacious in size and features a queen size bed with comfortable bedding and linens. The bedroom is also equipped with a large closet, hardwood armoire, timber design nightstands with subsequent lightings. The oversized bay windows allows for lots natural light to enter the room, keeping it bright and welcoming. The primary suite is a lavish and beautifully renovated with new cabinets, counters, lighting, finishes & features. The bathroom is fully equipped with a soaker-jetted tub, rainfall shower, pine cabinetry and extra long counter tops. The hand selected sandstone tile give a fresh and bright feel to the room, making it another great & well-maintained space in the home.



The second bedroom is smaller in size and features two (2) twin beds, again with soft linens and bedding. The greatest feature of the bedroom is the en suite bath, giving Vacationers a greater degree of privacy.



The guest bathroom (2), like the Primary, is opulent and smartly renovated. It features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, pine cabinetry with new counter tops, large mirror and stainless steel fixtures and finishes. Every detail in the bathroom has been considered, giving it a wholesome feel and no sharing is necessary when staying in the second bedroom.



Please note that this home does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided. If the weather is hot it will get warm in the home.

    Easy access to base area via short walk across parking lot. Very conveniently located to both the mountain and town. Condo itself is pretty basic but had everything we needed.

    The location was perfect. Walking up onto Main Street was a huge plus. Close by to deer Valley and just a quick bus ride down to the canyons and out to the junction. Everything we wanted to do and or able to have easy access to the accommodations were exactly what we had hoped for.

    Overall all there are many reasons why this was a great place to stay. Lack over temp control or ability to open windows made it uncomfortably hot, regardless of the thermostat inputs

    Great location with minimal walk to Park City Mountain plaza. Responsive host available by text/phone/email. Beds are moderately firm, furniture is all older, cushions are fairly soft. Very good amount of storage area. Full kitchen with good eating areas, large pantry area. Well supplied with paper/cleaning products. New appearing stacked washer/dryer in the unit! Easy access to/from underground parking. Cons, if applicable: Internet service is slow (30-45 mbps download on my speedtest) and a fair amount of buffering. Unit is slow to heat up/cool down. There is a very high step into the primary tub/shower with no grab bars. I’m 70, both hips replaced, and it was a little tricky. You can hear footsteps, if ski boots or heavy shoes), but not tv or talking, in the upstairs unit. Would definitely stay here again as the access is very easy and it’s a comfortable place.

    Terrific location, just a walk across a parking lot and you are at Park City Mountain base. Communication with Property owners was prompt and easy via email. It is a long walk to the old town restaurants, but manageable if it isn't too cold.The property description is NOT accurate. There is no hot tub on the property, only a standard sized bathroom tub with a couple jets in it. This felt like a bait and switch and may have influenced my choice of rentals. Parking was very convenient. Carpets were dirty/old and finishes are pretty old, but about par for a ski condo. A For Sale sign showed up on the property after being there for a day, so someone in the building is selling.

    Loved everything about this place!! We will definitely be back next year!!! There was only one problem, we payed extra for a 1pm check-in & the code we were given did not work to open the door. We had to make many phone calls, leave messages, & wait. We were finally given the correct code at 2pm. Once we were in the trip was perfect!!

    We had a great time on our visit to Park City. The location was just as perfect as described. A short 3 minute walk puts you at the lifts, the resort, shops, or even the skating rink. There is also a bus stop a couple of houses down that will get you all over town free of cost. Communication was excellent. We had a few post arrival questions and they were all handled in a professional and timely manner. There is a bit of construction going on in front of the house, so make sure to use the stairwell nearest the garage door to make your way to the house. Would also suggest adding some tongs to the cooking utensils. Such a minor issue to a great trip. Would return!

    Upon arriving, we were greeted by a port-potty and overflowing construction dumpster just feet from the door to the condo. NO note or warning had been given that we were entering an active construction zone. We received two door codes to open the front door. Lucky for us, one worked. Upon entering a musty/moldy odor sent me straight to a window for fresh air. The window ledge and the window itself were streaked with dirt and mud from a water leak above. We were disturbed by two knocks at the front (and only) door. The first announced that the water was going to be turned off due to the construction. The second knock was a representative of the HOA who wanted to take a look at the water leak area and announced that he was perplexed. The local (?) management company iTrip offered us another accommodation which we accepted. They claimed it was an upgrade because it has a private hot tub. We packed up and moved, but found the hot tub cold and full of leaves. We cut our trip short. I requested a partial refund but was refused. The local management claimed we were not due anything because of the upgrade offer. The inconvenience of having to move was VERY ANNOYING. I feel outrage that iTrip gave NO WARNING that the condo building that was under construction, obviously from a sloppy crew. Seriously, a portable-potty feet from the front door! I'm a frequent VRBO customer and have never had anything remotely like this experience at any other of my many stays.

    The location is walking distance to Park City Mountain and historic downtown with eateries and shopping. Downtown garage parking included. Important! Print out parking pass before you arrive. We had to find a place to print it out or be towed away. The house unit and grounds could use a deep cleaning and new fans as there is no air conditioning in the unit and only two windows to open. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and met our needs. Property management staff checked in a couple of times to see if we needed anything.

    It was nice being right across from the Park city resort but this unit unit does not have any air-conditioning and it is so hot and even opening the windows with fans did not cool the place down. We had a really tough time sleeping at night… Would not stay here in the summer but definitely in the winter.
