Paradiso - Divine Condo, Perfect Location Walkable to Everything Downtown

Absolutely wonderful and beautiful! Highly recommend!

What is there not to love about this condo?! John greeted us as soon as we arrived, showed us in and chatted with us for a bit about the unit and its decor-which we were obsessed with, and was helpful with places to eat and grab a drink after the concert we were going to. We met a few of the neighbors throughout our stay who were all so kind! The private parking garage is so great for the downtown area, & another thing I didn't have to worry about. We were able to walk to Rupp, food, and more within minutes! There wasn't any extra noise or anything which can come with downtown traffic, the sleep was great in the amazingly big beds, and the rugs... I could have laid on the rugs all day SO SOFT. This was the perfect spot for my girls trip and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Lexington. I would recommend adding some coasters though, to keep those lovely tables beautiful! Thanks for a great stay!

The parking was so nice. Locked, easy, convenient. Condo is nice. Lots of natural light. City street can be noisy but seems to settle at night. Lots of sitting space. Kitchen is small but adequate.

Great location and awesome stay! Check in and parking were both super easy. Beds were comfy and the entire place is very nice.

Clean, well stocked condo with fun decor. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Spacious rooms with comfortable furniture. Would definitely stay here again if in the Lexington area.

Great property and very secure. Plenty of amenities, comfortable areas for lounging and sleeping. Well stocked kitchen. On sight parking was a BIG plus. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!!

We are a family of four, including two almost adult kids. We stayed at property for a weekend for our son’s orientation at UK. The apartment was spacious, clean, and conveniently located for easy access to the university and downtown. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in and checkout process was seamless. The view from the top of the building is fantastic! The pool was closed, but we had enough attractions to keep us busy. There are plenty of great restaurants and some nice golf courses in the area. We have also located a great food truck with Mexican food. It was a weekend of Kentucky Derby, so the atmosphere was super exciting. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lexington!

We had a girls' trip here for our first stay in Lexington and this place was so over-the-top perfect! Great location to walk to nearby restaurants; beautiful views; in-building parking; and the most AMAZING interior design! We loved, loved, loved this place. And the owner, who was so gracious with all of my stupid questions, was so friendly and kind. Couldn't imagine a better experience!

Location is perfect for downtown/KY sports stay. Next door to Rupp and a short bus ride to Kroger stadium. Quick walk to some great food. Unit is spacious, clean, and beds sleep well. Parking is covered and secure. Note - 7' height limit in parking garage for those with high tops. Great rental!

The condo was walking distance to everything downtown. The property is roomy and has a fun vibe to it! There were 4 of us and it was perfect. We enjoyed the rooftop one evening with great views of the city. Highly recommend!

This condo is just as nice as it appears in the photos. The rooftop pool and indooor/outdoor seating locations are an added bonus. Multiple restaurants are an easy walk from the property.

The condo was Perfect. We loved everything about it from the comfy beds to the roof top pool. The owners were great and receptive to our questions. The location was perfect for walking and restaurant choices. I would definitely stay here again if I come South.

Wonderful stay!

This property is an excellent Lexington KY launching point for Bourbon trail fun! Great furnishing and remodeled finishes. Many restaurants and coffee shops to walk to within minutes. A stones throw away from Rupp Arena. John the host is excellent and helpful. Would stay again!
