When you first walk into our home, slow yourself down on the way to the deck and take in the great living space and modern kitchen. Take a minute to go on up to the second story master with a water view balcony overlooking the deck. There you can decide who gets the first billiards game on the full size pool table.
Okay, now you can move on, to the paradise deck on the water. Here you will enjoy the great views up and down the canal. But you’ll find it hard to leave your deck while you are enjoying your private heated swimming pool and Hot Tub. Or grab a fishing pole and fish for the biggest fish of the season to win a free night at our home. Maybe you would prefer to just lay back and take in the atmosphere listening to your favorite music with the blue tooth outdoor stereo. Catch that big fish and through it on the huge grill. You can even grab the blender and whip up your best frozen concoction. Then, if you get a chill just jump into the hot tub to finish that frozen drink.
Before you know it you’ll be throwing on the steaks and pulling in the fish and dancing to the music and ooops, forgot about the ocean —it’s just one mile away--- lets hit the beach ya’ll!!!
Later after an exciting time at the FREE Padre Balli Beach Park next to Bob Hall Pier & Restaurant you can return home to the outdoor shower to wash off the sand and plan your next move. Just slow your roll, YOU’RE ON ISLAND TIME NOW!

WE ARE A DRUG FREE PROPERTY!
Marijuana is an illegal drug in the state of Texas.
There will be a $250 fine if the unit is found to have the smell of smoked marijuana smoke.
There will be a $250 fine if the unit is found to have the smell of raw unsmoked marijuana.
Today’s raw marijuana has an extremely pungent aroma that enters the furniture and walls.
If the unit is unrentable due to the smell of illegal drugs, you will be liable for the loss of any rental income.
It is acceptable to smoke legal products only on the exterior of the condo. Ie The balcony. However, the same $250 fine applies for the unit smelling of tobacco products.

WE ARE A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY
There is a $200 fee for each dog with a maximum of (2) two.
Your dog must be 35 pounds or less. NO dogs over 35 pounds and NO cats allowed.
You will be required to complete a PET ADDENDUM for each pet and return prior to check-in.
If any pets found to have visited the property without the $200 pet fee, then the guest of record will be charged $250 per pet documented, regardless of pet ownership.

NOTICE! For your protection, we have an actively recording audio and video Ring doorbell camera located at the front door and one Ring camera that faces the boat dock on the back canal of our condo that records 24/7.
