I give it a 4 star because one we had a toilet issue that wasn't taken care of while we were there and the master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable very firm mattress but will not reflect us staying there again enjoy our time and stay there every time we come down twice a year great location and amenities are awesome.

BED BUGS IN THE PULL OUT COUCH. THE FRIDGE TOOK 49 HOURS TO GET COLD.

Property was nice and location was good toward the front and facing the inside with pools. Plenty of towels. Only a few minor issues involving kitchen lighting and front door. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great place

Location and resort are great. Property mgt was great. Condo was well sticked but furniture is in bad need of update and decluttering. Otherwise perfect.

The unit it’s self was ok. The grounds and access to the beach were great. Property was 12 miles out from Gulf Shores. Three places to eat nearby, a dollar general and a market to get incidentals close by. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Issues: Pulled dirty dishes and silverware out of cupboards. Some of the cookware and cooking utensils had dried food on them. No toilet paper or soap in master bathroom. Light fixture in second bedroom did not work. Furniture needs cleaned or replaced. The unit was very cluttered. The bedding was worn. Contact was made on second day with no call back.

We have been “spring breaking” At Gulf Shores Plantation for 7 years. Staying in different condos most of the time. We love the Plantation and all that it has to offer that’s why I gave the “stars”…. this condo… love that it is on the ground floor. It has all the needs for your stay. BUT… it is has SO much useless furniture in it! I mean every once of space has some form of furniture. To the point you’re stubbing your toe at least once. Another issue is, if your not one to check your email… you’re surprised at the guard gate of a additional parking charge of $20-40+ depending on the amount of people staying in the condo. My thought… just add it to the rental cost. In the 7 years of renting … this was the first time I’ve ever had to do this. So it must have been just added into the cost of the weekly rental. Which makes more sense to me The hassle of having to stop at the rental management office first was also something that is a bit excessive. We will be back to the Plantation but will make sure not to rent from this particular management or condo.

We had a wonderful stay at Fort Morgan. The location of the condo was perfect. We had small childern so the ground level was exactly what we needed. We did need to use the pullout sofa bed. Unfortunately there were no linens. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the basics. I would recommend this to anyone. However using the laundry was alittle trouble as the debit/ credit feature didn't work. But is did take coins.

There were 8 of us that stayed in this condo (4 adults & 4 kids under 10). The building this unit is in has been updated recently. Our pro’s are the cleanliness, the updates, unit is on the 1st floor, and the close proximity to the beach and pools. Our con’s were how tiny the kitchen is, the mattresses are super uncomfortable on all of the beds, the water pressure in the showers along with the shower heads were not good - contemplated washing my long hair in the sink, and the garbage disposal did not work at all and water started leaking under the sink onto the floor - maintenance did come and look at it and was supposed to replace it but they never did. We were unable to wash dishes or run the dishwasher our last 3 days. Communication with Poole & Associates was really good, they definitely responded in a timely manner and sent maintenance over, that was the pro over the disposal issue. Overall, I think we would stay here again and just need to bring a mattress pad or sleeping bag to lay down on the mattress so we wouldn’t feel the springs with every move.

This condo unit was very nice. However, the listing failed to tell us that the entire complex was under massive renovations. We had to park at one end of the complex and walk thru 3 buildings to get to our unit. No one monitors the hot tub to make sure there aren't kids playing in it. While we attempted to use it there was a group that had young kids in it and the kids were splashing and trying to swim in it. Would probably be a much better place to stay once renovations are completed.
