Welcome to Marlin Key! Prepare for an unlimited vacation experience in this low-density complex. Embrace breathtaking Gulf views from your private balcony, take a dip in the Gulf-front pool, savor the catch of the day with the outdoor grilling area, or delight in a relaxing sunset stroll along the pristine sugar-white sandy beaches. Beach rentals for padded chairs, umbrellas, and more are readily available, enhancing your beachside comfort. The Orange Beach and Gulf Shores areas are brimmingwith attractions, from theme parks, renowned restaurants, championship golf courses, nature walks, bike trails, to a treasure trove of shops and boutiques.

Upon entering this sprawling three-bedroom, three-bath condo, you'll immediately notice the luxurious décor. The first bedroom, perfect for little ones, features two sets of bunks. Moving along, the next bedroom boasts a beautifully decorated queen canopy style bed. The hallway leads to a well-equipped kitchen, a wet bar, a dining area, and a spacious living room with large glass balcony doors offering mesmerizing Gulf views. The kitchen comes fully furnished with cooking utensils, appliances, pots, pans, and place settings for 12. The dining area seats six, complemented by additional seating at the bar. The large living space includes ample seating, a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and balcony access. The Gulf-front master suite boasts a large king bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, a day bed with trundle for two additional guests or children, a water closet, a jetted tub, a separate steam shower. The balcony door in the master in window only it's blocked by outdoor furniture and inoperable.

For the Winter Season (January and February), reservations made before October 1st necessitate a minimum 60-day stay. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months, with minimum stays of three or seven nights, subject to unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are mandatory and available for purchase upon arrival or through our office. Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 parking passes for 2 cars. Linens are provided, excluding beach towels. The reservation includes a starter set of essentials. The under-counter ice maker is not currently operable but the refrigerator ice maker works great.

Policies:
Rental applicants must be at least 25 years old, with photo ID required at check-in. No Smoking is permitted. No Pets are allowed.

    We always stay in a condo at Marlin Key. This condo was very nice. The furniture was comfortable and the master beds and guest beds were very comfortable. The bunk beds were a bit hard but good enough for young kids to sleep on. The only issue we had was the temperature could not go colder than 68 degrees, which is understandable for the units in the hot temperatures. But we only had very thick comforters for the beds, so we got pretty warm at night. It would’ve been nice to have thinner blankets on the beds.

    The condo was nice. Loved the flow of the condo. We did notice that it had some issues. Jet tub needs to be cleaned, master shower had mold, some of the furniture was broken, sliding doors in master bedroom would not open and outdoor furniture needs replaced. Overall the condo was nice.

    Great location- right on beach! Great for families. Condo we had was perfect for 2 families. Couch not the best felt greasy , dirty.. Some dishes dirty and overall place was dusty . We all washed sheets because 1st night they felt sandy ?‍♀️.. I think the property management that owns the cleaning/housekeeping could do much better ! Otherwise we would definitely stay again .. nice size condo building very easy to get around.
