Five star property with a million dollar view!

It’s so amazing place to relax and refresh. The unit is clean and fully renovated. The host is so friendly and quick responsive. The view is so beautiful and the area is totally safe and quiet. Definitely recommend it and would love to go back

The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. We had coffee on the balcony every morning and enjoyed relaxing there in the evenings. The pool is very nice and clean as well. We had dinner at Doc Fords next door, absolutely delicious and the service was top notch. Mary answered any questions I had very promptly. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

The room was beautiful and was very clean. The view was unbelievably. It was very quiet. And our host was very friendly and communicated very quickly. We will be staying here again!!!!!

The condo was clean, and the location was quiet. We enjoyed the view, pool and saw several dolphins and a manatee. We will definitely stay again hopefully for longer next time. Mary was very prompt with responding to questions.

This condo is located close to Madeira Beach as well as downtown St Pete. We love having a view from the balcony and enjoyed peaceful mornings watching the boats and dolphins. The restaurant located across the parking lot (Doc Ford’s) was great and offered daily live music. We will definitely be back to this condo when we return to the area.

Nice stay.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this condo. We needed a place in St. Pete to stay and work while our son attended a summer camp at USF. I could not have asked for more. Mary is an amazing host. She would respond immediately to emails or texts. The condo is very clean and a fantastic location. On the bay, incredible views and sunsets, short drive to the beach, close to several great places to eat (Doc Fords, Wicked Cantina, Slyce), and has the perfect pool and hot tub to relax at the end of the day. It had everything we needed for the week.

This place is just absolutely breathtaking. Great views, comfortable quiet and Mary was very helpful and very accommodating and would definitely love to come back here again close to everything. We loved it

Stayed 4 nights, enjoyed the condo greatly and the view from the large balcony was outstanding. The condo was decorated nicely and had everything that we needed. The traffic trying to get out of the condo was very busy just as everywhere else in the area. Restaurant was next door and several others very close by. Also a Walmart was right over the bridge for convience. Our host was easy to reach and reponded quickly to any questions we had. The favorite part was the balcony and view!

What a fantastic condo! I loved the location, view, decor and the price. I had coffee on the balcony each morning and had pelicans and dolphins waiting to great me! The owner was a great communicator and made everything so simple. Doc Ford’s was right across the parking lot with great outdoor seating and live music! We’d definitely book again!

We stayed here because it was located conveniently to spring training baseball games and the beaches.We loved Doc Fords Rum Restaurant. We got to see dolphins swim in the bay. Target is close by for groceries or other items.

In spite of coming through 2 major hurricanes this year, the property was in great shape with evidence of continued clean up on the grounds. Always my 1st choice when I come for a visit.

Immaculate getaway with a magnificent view and dolphins in a great location. Everything you need is a short drive away. The host was most gracious, and we are looking to book again!

One is never sure what the place they pick will really look like. Well this one more then past the test. Very well appointed. Clean & perfect location within the complex. Enjoyed my stay very much, even looked into buying a unit myself. Mary has one of the nicest if not the nicest unit in the building. I’d come back again, thank you so much for sharing ?

Nicer than the pictures. We enjoyed watching the Dolphins in the bay. Beautiful sunsets. Restaurant was right next door. Prefect location to move around the others attractions in the area
