Stayed May 31, 2025The overall experience wasn't bad. The inside is very cozy and the window/wall AC units keep the room at a very cool temp. The listing reads as a first floor condo with no pics of the actual property. It is a 1-story renovated office building. The area is dilapidated from the hurricane last year, no pool, no laundry, and most important, no place to wash off after the beach. 1 overly priced restaurant within walking distance. The property owner was very nice and communicated as expected but it was honestly a slight shock when we pulled in. Also, having to take the garbage out across the street was a drag. We have stayed in other areas of the Sarasota/Bradenton beaches and will return to areas that I feel we were not mislead.

Stayed May 16, 20256 of us ladies stayed for a weekend getaway. Everything was perfect, it was well equipped with everything we needed and very nicely decorated. The beach is gorgeous and directly across the street, very easy walk even for my Mom who is elderly. We enjoyed it very much and look forward to coming back. And Debbie was very responsive to a few questions I had. Thank you very much!!
