Located in the heart of Canmore, White Spruce Lodge #107 is part of Mountain Vista Properties portfolio of luxurious condos we manage within Spring Creek. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom corner suite is 1,800 sq ft., sleeps 8 and includes a king bed in the master, a king bed in the second bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom. All 3 bedrooms have windows. It offers ample sunshine, is spacious and perfect for families who want room to spread out.

The suite is a pleasant 10 minute walk to downtown, groceries, shops, restaurants & pubs. Bridgette Bar and the new Spring Creek Market by Rusticana are open and located in Spring Creek. Relax after a day on the slopes in the amazing outdoor infinity hot tub with breathtaking mountain views! Step out onto the large L-shaped wraparound balcony complete with natural gas BBQ, comfortable patio furniture, a table and chairs to enjoy a serene moment over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The south east facing balcony and windows overlook the sun-filled vistas of the Three Sisters Mountain Range and also the Rundle Mountain Range.

**PLEASE NOTE: SAME DAY BOOKING WILL HAVE A 6:00 PM CHECK IN. THIS IS DUE TO LAST MINUTE CLEANING SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS.

The hot tub and gym are common to the building and available for your use during your stay. The hot tub has a reservation system where you book one - 30 minute appointment per day for your private use. This is to avoid partying groups from hijacking the hot tub for hours and other guests not getting to use it. Note: We do not have control of building amenity closures such as hot tub maintenance and repairs.

The building has a quiet time period between 10pm and 8am where guests must keep noise, music, loud talking, etc to a minimum so other guests are not disturbed. This includes doing laundry after 10pm as the vibrations of the machines disturb adjoining suites.
Access to the suite is flexible via a coded lock system. Two underground parking spots in the heated parkade are included. A storage cage to lock your toys (Skis, Bikes, Golf Clubs, etc) is available.

Host is a local and lives minutes away from Spring Creek. Available to help you plan your week and provide recommendations - restaurants, activities, tourist attractions, great scenic drives and more!

    This property was in the best location! Mountain views out every window. Conveniently located to everything you want to do. Plus it was the most beautiful home to stay in! We will definitely be going back to stay!

    Excellent condo! This is one of the best well stocked condos we’ve stayed in. Everything you need is here. Just show up with your groceries and you don’t have to worry about anything else. Beds are very comfy, the unit is spacious and bright with beautiful views. Walking or biking distance to everything and the underground parkade is very convenient. Kim is a super responsive host. Highly recommend the restaurant across the street (Bridgette). Just a perfect suite in an excellent location. Would stay again.

    We had a very enjoyable week at White Spruce Lodge. The listing was exactly as described, clean, well equipped, quiet, and very comfortable. The location was very good, with walking paths everywhere and a short stroll to the downtown area and the Bow River. One caution - the two parking spaces in the underground garage are very narrow. We had a midsize SUV and chose to park on the (plentiful) street parking rather than squeeze into the garage parking.

    We didn’t know anything about this location when we booked it, just took a chance. It was wonderful!! Very spacious for 6 adults, super clean, well stocked, designated parking was fabulous. We enjoyed being able to walk to shopping and restaurants, but come back to the peace and quiet of our unit. Communication with management was easy and very prompt. Would definitely recommend, as well as stay again.

    Excellent. Kitchenware and appliances modern, great views, nice patio, shelving labeled. We had 8 stay in unit and didn’t feel cramped. Host communicated well. Simple directions for the unit; codes, check in and check out etc. 2 parking spaces provided, a little tight if you have a large SUV but manageable.

    Within a quite newer neighborhood, condo had wonderful modern vibes while still maintaining mountainous connection. Loved: wide open space, comfortable furnishings, and covered indoor parking to boot. Very near top restaurant and gourmet small grocery store. Easy access to town amenities and highway. Would highly recommend.

    We stay in Canmore quite often. From start to finish I was blown away by how well this unit was thought out and you can tell there was a lot of care and effort put into it. The location is amazing, the unit is stunning, but most of all the staff have gone above and beyond with communicating and ensuring the stay was great. We also left a baby blanket there and they went out of their way to find it and mail it to us. I can’t say enough great things about the people and this unit.

    Loved this u it at the Spruce Lodge. Was clean, spacious, well appointed. Would definitely stay here again. It’s close to all the great restaurants and shops in Canmore. We will miss these beautiful surroundings.

    We enjoyed this property a lot. Well-appointed with everything we needed. Very clean and a great size for 6 adults to share. The view from the patio and hot tub were fantastic. Short walk along quite streets to downtown Canmore for dinner and amazing views. Kim was awesome to work with throughout the process. We will book here again the next time we head to Canmore to enjoy the amazing parks.
