Walking distance from Walmart and arcade/bowling alley, etc. Walk to popular Pineapple Willy’s beach from restaurant, Firefly Seafood fine dining, Dee's Steam Pot, Waffle House, Subway, Ice Cream shops, and many other nearby entertainment centers and restaurants. Only 1 mile to WonderWorks, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Coconut Creek Mini Golf and Maze Family Fun Park. The PCB City pier is only 1 mile walking on the beach where you can enjoy fishing fun.

Guest Access
Guests will be provided with codes to access the building and the pool area gates. It has a private direct path from the pool to the beach with a water hose to rinse off sand before returning to your condo.

Other Things to Note
Public parking is available a few minutes walk from the property. The building management has paid parking available directly across the road from the property. Each parking pass can be purchased in advance for $50 per vehicle for the duration of stay. We can purchase these on your behalf and have them in the property for your arrival.
