The kitchen had all the amenities; the rooms are nice and large. The bed was extremely comfortable. Also, the balcony was private, comfortable, and large. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Condo was very comfortable. Seeing dolphins from our balcony was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was nice and well kept. I really like that it had a parking garage with elevators. That made the loading/unloading process much easier. View was very nice from the balcony, especially in the morning and evening. The only downfall for not giving this a 5 star rating was the elevator issue the property was having. Only having one elevator of the three working made for some very long waits coming on/off the beach. Luckily this room as on the 7th floor so we could take the stairs, but after 3 to 4 days of 7 flights of stairs anywhere from 5 to 6 times per day, that became an annoyance.

This place was a decent condo but it has 3 elevators and only 1 worked the last 25% of our stay. I ask for somewhat of a refund for ruining our vacation with no repose from property owner/manager. Total crap in my book. Never stay here again…

condo was nice but the laundry room and entryway was full of sand from the cart and chairs used by the previous tenant. There was also a strong smell coming from the drains, but the smell seemed to be from the entire property not just specific to this room.

This place is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for long, relaxing days at the beach. The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from putt-putt and go-karts across the street. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Overall it was fine. Just not very clean. The washer was moldy, comforter had some blood on it and just not clean in general. In John’s defense the comforter he wasn’t told about we just washed it. But the washer he tried to say wasn’t mold but it was. He did have someone attempt to clean it but it still was dirty. My daughter has mold allergies so I wasn’t able to wash anything that she had. But other than that we had a great time. Also the gym had 2 pieces of equipment and that it. Not a gym.

We just needed a few more beach days before band camp ramps up for the season. 3 teenage girls and 2 parents settled in very well. We had local family members join us on the beach- getting the second parking pass was handled well with the owner, but the complex made it more difficult than it needed to be. All the provided chairs, umbrellas and sand toys are a nice bonus amenity. Only ding was a bit of mustiness on the towels and bed linens.

Everything was just as we expected. Beautiful condo with incredible views. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

Condo was nice & clean. Even though Host has lots of rules on this condo, maintenance guys, Adam & Ryan were very nice & helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony is amazing! Pool & hot tub was perfect as well. Restaurant & shopping are walking distance which was great. Overall it was a great vacation.

We really enjoyed our week stay in the condo. It was nice and clean. Perfect view of the beach from our balcony. Beautiful view of the night sky and moon shining on the water. We will be back!

We drove over 6 hrs to have a family vacation and the other place wasn't trying to fix the issues so we called around and landed at this place and from now on we will be staying here the staff was amazing and so helpful getting us in on the most busy weekend of the year. The room was beautiful clean and absolutely perfect 😊 we couldn't have been more pleased with this place
