    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waikiki Landmark is a beautiful place with a wonderful pool and grilling area. The management team is great with quick responses to any concerns. Ringtin was a consistent bright spot. Unfortunately, the unit is showing its age. Appliances, eg. fridge and oven had issues. Management responded quickly and did what they could. There is no lanai furniture. The living room couch is uncomfortably low. The table sits only two people. Again, a folding table and chairs were quickly provided when requested. The bedrooms were comfortable. Good closet space. The bathrooms were fine. The property was clean. The kitchen is small but adequate. It contains the washer and dryer which unfortunately protrude into an already compact space. Comfortable for one person, less so for any more. For the price per night, one could do better. It is definitely adequate but we expected more.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Waikiki Landmark hast exceptional General facilities. The pool deck is amazing. The gym is also great.The apartment itself was good, just like pictured. Just in some places some work should have done The apartment a favor. Some electric outlets were loose. The fridge has seen better days as parts are falling apart. The whole router and wifi Equipment was just out in The open and cables were dangeling everywhere. Not a Problem but with 2 Kids it was ideal. But The Overall stay was good.

    We stayed at the Landmark for an extended time. The building is very well tended to and beautiful. The location was great and we could walk everywhere. The pool is also beautiful. The management company, Alli Beach Rentals, was also wonderful and I highly recommend going thru that company for a rental. The only negative was the unit. It was old and not in good shape. It was very sparse. There were stains on the floors in the bathrooms and kitchen. The furniture was often in disrepair and not comfortable. It seems that very little thought was given for any comfort for the renter.

Great pool - except we got caught in their pool maintenance downtime (3 weeks). Nice parking Rita/Gabby took care of everything for me. I would definitely use Ali’i Beach rental again
