We had an amazing stay at this 1st floor walkup unit - it was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the balcony every day! Walking on the dock and floating in the bay was wonderful, and walking across the street to the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. Communicating with Angela was easy, and the check in/out process was simple. We will definitely be back!

From the quick communication with host to the house being just as described. Clean. Great location on Santa Rosa sound. It was my 2 teens and Father. We all had a fantastic week!

Home just doesn't have these views. The owner is a local and openly shared all the tips we needed for enjoying the bay, the gulf, and of course near by restaurants.Watched the sunset from the balcony& sat on the beach steps away from the room for the sunrise! Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to cook a meal, comfortable beds, well kept bathrooms...Overall the place deserves all 5 stars.

Everything we needed was there. Spend most of the time on the balcony overlooking the water.Fort Pickens was nearby to fish and wathch the Blue Angels.

Mrs Angela was a great host for property. Great communication and the condo was very clean, great views and close to all the fun.

(Late review, stayed in April 24’) We were welcomed by the owner. She made sure we had everything we would need to have an amazing stay. I knew what to expect having stayed at the same condos 2-3 times before with another owner, though this was polite and helpful. The house was stocked with everything one would need, but I like to bring and use my own things and not use the owners. Very clean property! A all around.

Property has pool, beautiful bay view and easy access to a quiet beach across the street. The duck pond and walkways were added entertainment for my grandson. The unit was clean and well equipped.

Weekend trip. Great location peaceful place. Recommend for relaxation.

What a great view of the north bay

Had a great time, the property manager, Angela was so kind and welcoming. Answered all of my questions. The place was by the water and quiet area. Relaxing and could walk by the water on the gulf breeze side. There are stairs to get to it but my mom managed it okay. Plus covered car area. We got to eat outside on the patio with looking out at the water. Angela thanks again! My mom who is 70 and I’m turning 40 had a great time.
