Stayed Sep 30, 2023Tidewater is Truthfully one of the best I have stayed at. Rm 1804 has carpet in the bedroom and it is super clean, floors were not sandy, the view was amazing, water pressure was great and hot. I’m giving a 5 star review because it deserves it but I also just want to add this so everyone knows or so maybe the property manager will invest in better. The beds were stiff in the bedroom literally woke up with a sore back every day and the couch bed was so springy it had no comfort. I would def love to see an investement in comfortable soft beds especially if staying for atleast a week. We would greatly love this place without a shadow of a doubt. Overall A+++++

Stayed Jun 21, 2023It looked exactly as advertised! Perfect size for the four of us. The view is breath taking and the pools and hot tubs were a great way to cool off. Would definitely book again!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. It was very clean and had all the comforts of home. We were very satisfied with our room. The only bad thing about the property was the chair/umbrella rental company charged 240$ for our chairs for 4 days and the beach was closed water closed for 2 days of our trip on 6/15/23 and 6/16/23. Was not able to enjoy the beach due to high winds/rip tides and did not get refunded for chair rentals. Would recommend having chair/umbrella rental included in stay. Thank you

Only downfall is elevators at check in and check out you might wait a while. Also, need some pot holders in the room, cooked and couldn’t find any. Really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Apr 9, 2023Loved this rental! Was perfect for our family. The view was incredible, the rental was clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, short walk to pier park, literally go outside, and your on the beach. We very much enjoyed this rental, and plan on renting here again soon!!

Stayed Apr 7, 2023Great stay! Beautiful property, very upscale, and friendly staff. The food at the restaurant wasn’t great (we had cheeseburgers), but the staff was amazing. Elevators quite slow but we were on vacation, so we didn’t care.
