Great location with amazing beach view! The condo was very clean and there was space for everyone! The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook your meals. Will certainly come back again.

It’s a lovely, very clean space with a great view of the water from the open living/dining/kitchen space. The chairs and sofas in the dining/living area are very nice and will allow a large group to gather in comfort. The covered balcony has very comfortable furniture and a sturdy table and chairs for dining. Even if the weather isn’t great, the covered balcony allows you to enjoy the gulf air and the water view. The beautiful beach is easily accessible from the condo. The kitchen is very well stocked, with the exception of a sharp chef’s knife.When we arrived, the door code didn’t work and the parking passes were missing, but Modern Beach Vacation Rentals was easy to contact and the problems were fixed quickly. The primary bedroom has no windows, just a door that leads out to a recessed balcony, so there is no view and no window that opens in that room. If you are considering renting a property from Modern Beach Vacation Rentals, please make sure to ask if the property is up for sale and if there is ongoing or upcoming construction/maintenance scheduled for the property — then you can make an informed decision as to whether or not you want to commit to renting a property that may have that going on.

Condo was as described. Only thing missing was a blender for morning smoothies.

As with several other reviews the only issues we had were the fans and internet. It seems the fans and bedroom light in both king rooms have the same remote frequency so when you turn on/off one, the other room does as well. Minor inconvenience but could easily be fixed. Internet turned off twice but only required a quick reboot. Other than this the property was excellent and the view from the patio can’t be beat. Beach and pool were never crowded and I highly recommend renting the beach chairs through Connor and Southern Resort Beach Rentals.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Palms of Dune Allen unit 202 for a week with my children and grandkids. The condo was nicely furnished and decorated. We had two complaints about the condo. First, there was a very small washing machine that could not even fit one set of king sheets. The drier was standard size but it was inconvenient that a condo that sleeps 10 would have such a small washing machine. Second complaint is that the fan/light controls need to be adjusted or replaced in the two king rooms. The lights would go on during the night in both rooms and we would have to get up and turn them off. Sometimes more than once. Overall, the condo was very nice and we would stay there again if these two issues were addressed.

This place is beautiful and the view is stunning! I highly recommend it! The kitchen was fully stocked and bedding was very nice! The management company was on point and was easy to get in touch with…the weather was iffy but that comes with Feb in the panhandle…it’s a quiet beautiful area and will definitely return!

The view is fantastic. We sat on the balcony drinking our coffee every morning even though it was quite cool out.
