Location:

Palms of Seagrove is a private condo community on the south side of 30A and in the heart of Seagrove Beach. It features a community pool and private beach access. 2 The Sea is a 10-minute bike ride to Seaside Town Square!



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.



Parking:

Parking for 1 vehicle in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

If you rent a golf cart, the golf cart must be gas-powered and will take up your 1 allocated parking space.



House Rules:

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• No Pets

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

    Overall nice place to stay. It is in a great location and close to whatever you’re looking to do whether it’s shopping or going out for dinner, and easy access to the beach. Only complaint were simple maintenance issues such as cleaning the dryer lint trap and a/c filter. Hopefully we will be able to return again soon but my family enjoyed it.

    The property was perfect for our family of 3. Clean, well stocked. Perfect location with short walk to private beach access. We enjoyed having the pool close by for our child after a full day at the beach. We will stay here again!

    Everything inside the unit was great. Outside was a different story and one that I realize you have no control over. Because of the construction next door— the ocean view was completely gone by our second day. The construction noise was not at all relaxing. Also the last two days the pool was littered with all kinds of debris— assuming put there by kids. All in all, we still had a great time!

    Property is exactly what they said it would be. Very clean, smooth checkin, property management kept us informed without us having to reach out. Awesome view of the gulf. Definitely would stay here again.

    We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and bright. We enjoyed having a bit of an ocean view. The water was gorgeous. The little welcome boxes of bathroom and kitchen supplies were so cute and nice to have. The kitchen was very well stocked with any item you could need. I can't think of anything negative about the place. It is near many great dining places and grocery stores. We have never stayed on 30a and will pick this area when we return. There is not an elevator so pack accordingly. We didn't realize until we got there- and we had packed two very heavy suitcases. Next time, we would pack lighter. It wasn't bad to go up the stairs we just had too much stuff- and we didn't need it all because the condo had almost everything we needed!

    We loved this little condo right on the Beach. Had a great view. It smelled clean as soon as we walk in the door. The bed was so comfy, it was like sleeping in a marshmellow. We did not use the kitchen but it was nice and well stocked. The beach was amazing. We liked that it had a private Beach so was not as crowded and we also felt safe in this little town. Be sure to go down to Seaside to shop and try the food trucks. We would definately stay again.
