This was my first experience at a stay outside of a hotel or resort. Being a Gen Xer I am always skeptical of anything internet related but VRBO did not let us down. Everything was perfectly clean and in great condition. The strengths of this stay is very easy beach access with a nice shower on the ramp back that rinsed everything off. Mornings on the beach were exceptional and quiet the way you imagine they would be. Just a real world review. Not too fancy to be uptight and not too cheap to be comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend pulling the trigger on this if you are debating what area or place you want to stay.

Maintenance was fast and super sweet. Pool was a little small but overall I would recommend.

Perfect location, weather, comfort. Felt safe. Wonderful beach. The property manager checked on us several times. Would go back to this same location over and over. Great restaurants nearby. Everything we needed was in close driving distance.

We had one issue that I communicated to Legacy Vacations Co. and they never tried to resolve, they responded basically with well that's strange Also, we left 4 days early and I continued getting their automated messages about checking out later that week.. They knew we left, they should have a way to turn off automated messaging.

Unit is right at the top of the stairs. Very convenient. Nice decor, but wished for a clock in the bedroom. Parking at the Palms is a little difficult because of the slope. Less crowded beach with less units at the Palms.

The white sand of the beach was fantastic and with the rental we got two chairs and umbrella which was super great. The second day there the ice maker in the refrigerator quit working contacted services and within two hours a serviceman was there and he fixed it so we had ice the rest of the time there. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo.

Easy access to beach and nice view of the ocean from balcony. Grilling area and pool dated. Parking less than optimal with extremely tight parking spaces.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It wasn’t as busy and had some relaxing time. Only thing is that the parking is on a hill so was a little rough for my older parents to walk back up but I ended up pulling up by the elevator and then going back down the hill. Too tight for me trying to park in the garage. Other then that it was a great experience.

What you expected from a beach front rental...floors are in need of new grout...but overall good with plenty of room for the family...views are great and its in the middle of Pensacola and Panama City which makes it easier to travel the emerald coast

We wanted a place close to the beach for our family of 5. This condo was just a short walk to the beach and it was not busy at all. There was a beach attendant that gave us easy access to chairs and an umbrella. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. The traffic was manageable. In the condo I would have loved to have a couple of hooks on the bunk beds to hang the kids bags. One of the chairs on the balcony was broken, but there were more than enough seats out there. The ease of checking in and out was great.

Loved staying here it was beach front and also a smaller condo so it wasn’t packed and it was only 4 story’s it was GREAT !

This was the perfect place for my family of 4 to just sit back Relax enjoy the Beach and it’s view and totally reconnect in a Beautiful Relaxing environment
