Stayed May 2, 2022One of the amenities promised was not available and it was one of the main reasons I reserved this property. I understand that unexpected things happen, however, the woman I mentioned it to was extremely rude and disrespectful. I later found out that she was the president of the condo association. I cannot think of a worse person to represent the property. I feel some sort of discount should have been offered since I didn’t get what I paid for. Other than that issue it was a great place. And the location is awesome.

Stayed Jan 15, 2022Best thing about this unit was the closeness of shops and restaurants- five minute walk. Walk across the street to the ocean. And drive up or take a trolley to the little town with tons of live entertainment restaurants and shops… I wish the unit would put a brochure out telling of the areas instead of us having to try and discover everything-information on how to do the trolley… And email a special paper just with codes to the gate elevator and room -that was very confusing for us… Plus most nights the unit does not have the outside lights on walking up to the entrance-Hot tub was empty they attempted to fill it but never turn the heater on waiting to see if there was a leak in it… When they could’ve just turn the heater on while they were waiting to see. The pool was very nice. Would be nice if the unit provided beach chairs for the beach and maybe some bikes. We thought maybe looking into renting a bike for the week because the unit never had a bike -it would be A lot easier to drive uptown because the traffic is bumper to bumper in prime time-The beds had a plastic mattress cover on it which made it very difficult when sleeping… There are newer waterproof mattress covers nowadays. Would be nice to have room darkening shades-and definitely need more washcloths☺️
