Stayed Aug 16, 2021I needed a home base for 3 months as I traveled back and forth from MN to CA and this condo was perfect for my needs. In a quiet, gated community with 2 pools, I had all I needed to be comfortable. Well equipped with all I needed, one level so no neighbors above or below, 2 assigned parking spots (one covered!), and close to main roads for easy access to the Coachella Valley.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I stayed at this condo for a month in September, 2015 when I was relocating to the desert. The owners are excellent and very responsive. The condo was clean and newly renovated. There are 2 large bedrooms, large master walk in closet, 2 large bathrooms and a full size washer and dryer. It is completely furnished with a flat screen TV and all of the linens, towels and kitchen utensils. It is a home away from home. There are two pools and a fitness center. It is about a mile from Albertson's market with shops and restaurants close by. It is about 2 miles from the 10. This is a perfect condo for someone considering relocation or for a vacation. Part of the summer, the pool was used at night by some teens. That was the only noise I encountered during my stay as one of the pools backs up to the guest bedroom and living room. Everything is on one floor. If the condo had not already been booked for a few months in the winter, I would have stayed there long term.
