Like the location, don't like the management

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very dirty and grimy! Owner has tons of old dusty personal items in closet, in tubs under beds, in garage. Food left behind couch, in couch, dust on top of door frames, shades, wooden shutters, grimy floor. Smells like old musty attic. Tons of old designer pillows with feathers coming out everywhere!!! Floor rugs stain and dirty. Patio chair cushions dirty and table cushions dirty! Vents are full of dirt and dust! Neighbor’s dogs relieve themselves on sidewalk and yard. Asked for price reduction but no response!!!

Great weekend trip. Being so close to the pool was such an added bonus. Would recommend.

Great view of the golf course as the 3rd green is in your backyard. My family came and watched me the play the 3rd and tee off on the par 3, 4th. Amenities are great down to the really nice air mattresses. Would stay and recommend again.

We loved the Golf and the pool The kids loved the Golf cart.

As it was end of April things were quiet in the transition from winter to summer heat. Pool was just across the very lightly traveled road and well maintained as was the whole property and the rental itself. We'd be happy to stay here again.

I have never rented a property where you opened drawers to find personal belongings, the refrigerator 2/3 full with food, and both sides of the door shelves full of condiments, etc. with people’s names on them. The freezer was 3/4 full of food! It was as if they left for the week so we could rent. We were reluctant to open drawers as we felt like we were intruding. The 2nd bathroom was missing the faucet handle for the hot water. Too much ‘stuff’ was everywhere... never saw a rental that had way more than the basics!

The unit is well appointed and very comfortable. Unfortunately we had issues with the dishwasher halfway through our month long stay. While the manager was quick to respond to our inquires, the issue was not resolved during our stay.
