Stayed Oct 4, 2023Our golf course resort holiday started with the golf course being closed for repairs . We were not notified about repairs the owner knew were happening! That was the first issue the following day the washing machine broke and flooded half of the unit. The owner had a company come in cut the carpet padding out stack all the beds in that room against the wall with fans running for 2 days . Our party that was staying in that room had to go home early due to wetness and smell . They could leave as they drove and only lived 2.5 hours away . For me and my wife we live over 14hrs away we flew in to leave would have cost more money and we had already bought food for the week . The owner so far has ignored us in reimbursement so it looks as if we will be taking this to court to get resolved I would say do not rent from these people as they do not care for there guests. I have offered to work this out with them and was offered one night free are you kidding we booked 10 day to play golf and enjoy being at the house on the 15th fairway but all we got was dust bowl of equipment working from 7-5 every day . I would say the house and the service here was not worth the price very overpriced and rated . Old appliances and very dated not worth time or money!!!

Stayed Feb 1, 2023We rented for a month. The resort itself was fine, esp. for golfers. The landscaping was amazing. It's situated in the NE corner of Palm Desert but stores etc. are handy enough. The unit was well placed on its hole of the golf course. The pool was handy and well done. The unit's facilities were serviceable although the kitchen and bathroom could use an update. It was well equipped with what you'd need. The cleaning on arrival was not as it should have been, however, and it took a bit of work to get it up to what we expected. I'd suggest an inspection by the agent before renters move in. Overall, we had a good time even in cool weather.
