Palm Desert Condo w/ Pool & Community Perks!

Host was great. Nice location by pool. Kitchen was well equipped. It was just a good all-around experience.

Would stay here again! This place is nicely updated and furnished with everything you need! The location is ideal with access to a fitness center and courts a plus. Very spacious with very close pool access. The owner is very responsive and the location is very central. Garage was immaculate as was this rental. You can’t go wrong with this place!

Very clean, spacious, comfortably furnished condo in a quiet, secure neighborhood. Felt like staying in a luxury resort with all the amenities. Appreciated the welcoming snack basket as well as well stocked kitchen. Use of two car garage was a great plus. Host Kelly provided detailed instructions making check in easy and was always prompt to respond. Highly recommend!.

Our third time at the property in the last two years. Very convenient to great food, shopping and golf in Palm Desert. The home is right next to the pool which is perfect for the wife. The house is perfect for a couple or two couples and is furnished appropriately. This trip we did encounter issues with the garage door and A/C. Fortunately, the property is managed by Kelly who does an outstanding job! She handled both issues to our satisfaction. I would recommend the owners perform some routine maintenance between stays to help head off some of the things we encountered. Having said that, we will be back and look forward's to our next visit.

This was an amazing place to stay the price was right and it had all the amenities you needed almost like being at your own place and walking distance to a steakhouse and a grocery store. Kelly was very responsive on getting back to all our questions I would highly recommend anyone looking for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay if needed us as a family had a great time and would come back whenever we’re in the palm desert area

Kelly was attentive and very thoughtful when setting up the home even providing water bottles, snacks, individual q-tip packs and disposable toothbrush kits w/ floss and paste. She took her time writing detailed instructions to ease my arrival and departure. It was a very comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay with you and would have gave you all 5’s however we were very disappointed with the condition of the pool and hot tub- extremely dirt! Then last night neighbors came in upstairs with dogs - the people left the condo and while they were gone the dogs barked cried and whine the entire time.

Everything during our stay surpassed expectations. We’ll be back! Thank you!!

The desert falls community was very well maintained. The rental was immaculate, comfortable and had all of the necessary amenities. The patio view was really great. On the downside, if you're a light sleeper such as myself, I found the noise from the highway and the upstairs residents a bit too much. I ended up buying earplugs that helped with the street noise but wasn't full proof. The upstairs thumping began early in the am. If noise doesn't bother you, or if you are only staying in the master bedroom, this place is probably perfect. I didn't like having to go through a property manager. I have dealt directly with the property owner in the past rentals.

Great location to stay for the BNP Paribas tennis tournament! Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

The place was stocked with absolutely everything, especially the kitchen. Really enjoyed our time there.

It was beautiful and very comfortable. Enjoyed it immensely. Had a bit of a problem with the TV but Kelly helped us out of the problem.

My sister and I stayed at this property for several days. It was very clean and Kelly was quick in responding to any texts. We really appreciated all the little touches like popcorn for movie nights and trail mix for a hike. You will not regret choosing this property.

Had a great weekend escape from LA. Loved this place and the pool and the nearby restaurants and golf. Had coffee each morning under a lime tree!! Can’t wait to return one day!

Wonderful place. Set up with all amenities and then some! Quiet. Very accommodating. Location is central to other desert destinations.
